Totally sold! I was a huge Six Million Dollar Man fan back in the day! Still have my large Steve Austin figure somewhere at my mom's...I got it when I had my tonsils taken out and it was one of my favorite toys as a kid.

My goodness! :D Talk about a blast from the past!!!

I'm soooooo totally in as well! Huzzah!!!!!

Currently having flashbacks to those Bionic Bigfoot eps - they used to really scare me, back in the heyday of my early childhood!

As an impressionable young kid, I could never get my head around how they found such a large hairy actor to play Bigfoot (later discovering that Andre the Giant played him, for early eps) - therefore, I thought he must have been real... after all, no human could be that big? Could they???!

Makes me now wonder why the same thought never crossed my mind for Chewbacca... :p

Ahhhh - nothing like nostalgic scariness...

It's cool they think there's a market for these. But I'd like it if they also did 2012 quality sculpts, and articulation.:(

While this modern rash of retro-style figures is definitely not my thing, I am very happy that they please so many fellow collectors.

There are few things I appreciate more in this hobby than respect for others and reasonable responses.

These all look great. I really need to get a move on and snag series 1. Any word on the Bionic Woman making it to the line?

I finally bit and got a set of series 1. They're great figures, I was actually playing with them the other night along with the ReAction Alien I finally opened up. Took me back to being 5 years old and playing with my vintage SW figures.

Pre-ordered two sets. One to open, one to keep in package. Also ordered series 1 - was procrastinating. Looking forward to getting them.

Cool, thanks for the heads up about them possibly not getting produced due to low pre-orders. Just pre-ordered a set from BBTS. Really hope it continues, I'd like to see a Series 3 with a Bionic Woman or 2, and Steve in one of his awesome '70s polyester suits. Maybe one with his 'stache, too.

What's dissapointing is that they're not re-doing the elaborate 12" Six Million Dollar man figure w/the plastic part you could take off of his arm & reveal the robotics, the eye you could see through, etc.

As a very small kid, that's one of the earliest toys I ever got, circa 1976?!...

Meh, just got the email cancellation from BBTS regarding Series 2. It said ZICA won't be producing it. Kinda bummed.

like all of 20 seconds after I made the post above I checked my email and had the notice. I really wanted 3 of those figures.

im sitting here holding my bionic bigfoot and looking at the back of the card at all the other figures who now aren't going to happen. really kind of pisses me off, I hate being teased with toys that never materialize. so what now? do I have to wait 30 years for some company to come along and release the old wave 2 figures that were never made in double retro styling.

This wave was, far and away, my most wanted thing this year. Really hoping he and Universal can figure out a happy in between. Even if we just got Oscar and Maskatron, and maybe a Steve variant:
