I was standing at my dealer table, rebel scum badge on display and I only seen one other Rebel scum badge walk by. I was serving a customer at the time so couldn't say hello. No one introduced themselves....was anyone else wearing their badge? Not even sure if anyone visited my stall?

Got to meet Jeremy and his buddy when I collected my badge though.

Hey all

I got to meet loads of Rebelscummers - and even though we didn't have anything advertising our stand people still made an effort to find us, and I'd like to say thank you to everyone who stopped by.

It was great meeting you all, and if I looked frazzled and half-dead when you came round, that's because I was! Hopefully the next time you see me I'll be more alert and have time to chat.

I hope everyone enjoyed Celebration Europe as much as I did, and if so come and do my job for me the next time round so I can just sleep

We were next to the giant green inflatable assault course. You can't be blamed for missing us - we didn't have any bannerage up because it got stuck in the post. In fact it arrived this morning

I am happy to send the badges out to anyone who didn't get theirs. I'm asking for £1.00 to cover P&P. PayPal to my email address please.

I had already mentioned that I couldn't find you in another thread. When I get chance I will send you my payment for the badge. Many thanks

Didn't the little notice say:

"Yes, this really is Rebelscum" along those lines!!!!

Shame the promo bits didn't arrive in time.

I found the RS booth quite easily.

They had a fantastic photography set-up there, just the sort of thing I need at home.

My only question about the rebelscum booth is what were the guys doing on those laptops?

Jeremy was not there when I picked up my badge but there were 3 other guys there.

I was asked what my username was and was given my badge. The guy who gave me the badge then dropped his head straight back down to his laptop leaving me standing there with my wife thinking, better move on then.

Must have been very important those laptops.

Jeremy, I saw you about but never got a chance to introduce myself, you probably saw me but didn't know who I was.

Can't answer that, I met a number of people and too be honest I didn't think to ask if they were forum members I may have known from here or elsewhere on the net.

Uh, covering the event. Rebelscum doesn't update itself you know. That's what we were there for. Dan, Jose and I were working non-stop from 8am to 1am getting the content updated.

I got my badge no problem (helps if you know what Jeremy looks like - although he did look a lot more with it when we met in Birmingham & London!!) I had a great time at CE - puting faces to names (met Nick, Coxie, Mike and lots more who I apologise in advance for not remembering all the names)

Also, the most bizarre thing happened to me after close on Sunday - me and the wife went and used the internet in the excel for a bit and then slowly made our way back to the Custom House hotel where we were staying - just across from the hotel a guy walked by who I thought I recognised but assumed it was somebody who was at CE, just as we walked past each other I heard him shout MARK! It was a polish friend who I used to go down and stay with in London, last time I saw him was 7.5 years ago and I thought I had lost touch with him as he was movingh back to Poland. He didn't even stay in this area when I used to visit so it was a complete shock! When I think that if I had done something after CE closed a bit quicker or slower then we would have been seconds apart but not met again.

Sorry for the long post but this meeting made an already great weekend even better!

How dare you sir! Right, that's your membership revoked. Pack your bags and clear off!

I'd be interested to hear how old you all thought I was before you met me.

I always thought early 30's, but you seem to be gifted by Birthdays that turn back the clock. You look late 20's, roughly 28?

What vitamins you taking, I want some.

I tell people I'm 50, but I just look good for my age.

I found the booth , but it was a little tucked away, and had a chat with jeremy. I must admit, RS'ers werent easy to find, even though i badge hunted pretty much all day. I wish i had met more people for a chat, but the whole event was pretty chaotic. It was just so busy on saturday, and i missed the social on the friday because i just couldnt make it. I guess that was the place to meet and chat to fellow scummers really.

That was what I was doing when I first entered the building looking for people with badges on so I could ask one of them where they got it

Jeremy looks about 38 if he's a day.

Didnt you all dig his quiff???

I still think he's part of a Morrisey fan club, though he tells me he isn't.

He does like daffodils though......

So come on Jeremy comb back that quiff, put daffodils to hand and take a picture of yourself dancing - then duly post on rebelscum!
