I had a Sherwood playset a few months ago that was mostly complete, once in hand though I came to discover I didn't really like the foliage as much as I thought I would, so I sold it. I did profit on it, so all's well.
It's a start
Nice pick ups. Where did you find this lot? Ebay/online or local hunting?

Good to know. I thought about picking one up for the foliage a few years back, but the prices got insane. I figured I could just replicate something similar or better.

No Ewoks on Endor? Perfect!
The foliage doesn't really click into place, it just sort sits, there's pegs in the bottom of most of it and holes in the tops of the trees, making it wobbly. You could (and I actually did on a custom one about 15 years ago) just get some fake foliage from a craft store and drill a hole in the top to attach it and it would look better. Course it's a permanent modification that way. :-/
As I said. it's a start.
How about these. Custom made from existing figures. No 3D printing.

Do you have a full droid factory set? That is one I remember playing with for hours as a kid.
My Stan Solo- Han Solo Stormtrooper figure came today !!! I’m a Kenner vintage guy , but I love these new “unreleased” Kenner style figures. The Hasbro Tarkin and Luke Snowspeeder figures rock! I have been eyeing this Han Stormtrooper figure for awhile and finally decided to go for it. I couldn’t be happier with how awesome it is to have Luke’s partner in crime with him.

This is one of the earliest factory customs made and I just can’t understand NOT getting one. He is awesome and fits in perfectly.
Not yet, I do want to get the full set, for now just R2, couldn't pass this one up. Yeah I remember playing with this set a lot as a kid, so much fun!
@coachvader where did you get Han from? I have the mail away one but never liked the way he was posed.
@VaderJay i debated it for a long time as well, no that’s here in my display , I am so glad I bought it. I advise you to do so as well.
@Lobotscomb i completely agree, if you didn’t know the line , you would never know that this figure wasn’t apart of the normal line , it’s fit is so seamless
@mcautographs the mail away one you mentioned is from the 1995 POTF2 line when they were making everyone bulky. This figure I got is from a company called Stan Solo that makes Kenner style figures of never produced droids and figures. They also make reproductions of Kenner items. The have a store on Etsy called Stan Solo. They also sell on eBay.

@coachvader you made me do it! I ordered both Luke and Han as stormtroopers and topped them off with a Death Star Gunner. Should be here by Friday and I'll post some pictures for proof.
Sick today so I finished this backdrop for my Death Star hangar. It’s inaccurate but very Kenner.

Paper mounted on foam core. I basically downloaded stuff from diorama workshop cut them out and mounted them the way I liked them. I could have built something more intricate or accurate but it wouldn’t fit in the allotted space.

I've justified loose, imperfect and incomplete figures in my collection because they better represent the memory I had of my originals I played with a long time ago. Mom gave away all SW stuff when I headed to college. I've been rebuilding the past 1.5 years.
A solid word of advice to people just starting. If you come across a near mint or close to it Death Star Droid GRAB IT. easily the hardest figure to find in even acceptable condition.

LOL Me too, but the market is either way overpriced, or devoid of anything worthwhile. The cold weather kind of puts my various haunts on hiatus too.

I have ever only saw one once, back in the early 90's and it was $100 ish, thought it was expensive then...
at the same said place, I could have bought Luke stormtrooper MOC for $85 and thought it was too expensive. Bought Warok instead for $35
