West End Miniatures

Hi,
Anyone here into the West End Star Wars miniatures made by Grenadier and SimTac? Over the years I've collected all the miniatures games that've come out (WOTC, Imperial Assault, Legion) but that one's still my favorite. Only thing I never picked up was the short lived metal ones for the D20 RPG. There weren't really enough of them to amount to a game.

I used to collect the WEG RPG books and have quite a library of them now. Of the actual miniatures, i only have a box of Zero G Assault Troopers.

I even tried to recreate the scenery and the squad of lizardmen from the pics in the book.

A wonderful time. WEG crept me Star Wars collecting when nothing else was really about.

There have been a couple of companies since WEG who have the RPG licence. I'm curious if they also release miniatures.

I gave up on Legion and Imperial Assault and sold all my stuff. I have a D20 collection but didn’t repaint them. Never bothered with the WOTC metal rpg minis.
