URGENT: Question regarding 'Look sir, droids' diorama

Can someone who owns the 'Look Sir, Droids' diorama check and confirm whether if there is a 'Certificate of Authenticity' that comes with this set or is it only the individual edition number at the bottom of the base?

Thank you very much I just purchased this from a fellow scummer and he wasn't quite sure whether if there was a COA he thought he lost it but I thought there was not one in the first place so I had to double check
