Upgrade Upgraded Search Engine

I'm currently building the search indexes for the new forum upgraded search engine - Elasticsearch. This will take a few hours, so if you search for anything or use any features that rely on search (such us find my content etc) it may not work.

I noticed the search function isn't working properly anymore, as it no longer includes new post results within the last week+, so thought I would let you know.
