Actually saw one of these in store last night and it wasn't a return. Seeing that $28.99 price tag was an eye-popper, even though it did ring up on sale for $26.49. Considering I got mine for around $22 I couldn't believe anyone would buy it, but the store manager guaranteed someone would by next Monday.
