Good to hear Jordan!

Did you guys stay state side for the most part or did you go international?

Keep up the good work!

Looking forward to it.

Always enjoy seeing you find SW, 80s/90s GI Joe, TMNT, Transformers and more obscure stuff like Black Hole.

Great news Jordan.....looking forward to the new episodes down here in Oz...

I hope you stopped by Toy Toni's place in the UK :)

Jordan can be the "Dog" of bounty hunters collecting debt from deadbeat toy dealers. Love the show idea! Make it happen Jordan :)

LOL-Thanks for the sweet comments..

I didnt go to Toni's house, but we did hit Metropolis Comics in Warwick... another great shop in Redding, and we did the Birmingham toy show. I had the pleasure of setting up just a few stalls away from Jim Stevenson ( even nabbed myself a sweeetttt Palitoy Death Star for my collection.)

Some really cool Star Wars items turn up this season, so keep watching.

And once again, thank you all for your support. Rebelscum was my true home before this series.. and everyone has been so kind in following me along on this journey. I really appreciate it.

Best-
Jordan

Have been watching since the start. Excited for the new season! Great news!

If there's ever a nostalgia special 5 years from now...
I have a sticky Gamorrean Guard beater MOC I got back in 1985 from a discount bin.

DVR is set.

YESSSSSSSS! This show is like crack for my inner-child. After every episode, I go into my toy room and rejoice in the warm lovely embrace that only plastic can provide :)

Looking forward to this being shown in the UK. They did a Toy Hunter series 1 marathon on the Quest channel on Christmas Eve. I was meant to be driving to meet my family at lunchtime. Ended up watching about 9 episodes in row and arriving 5 hours late!

What happened to that unproduced Napoleon from Bill & Ted? I’d have loved to had a bid on that!

Still have these. :)

Looking forward to watching it tonight! Great show Jordan, really love all the finds you come across. Trade ya jobs!!

Yesssss! No wonder they have the marathon going all day today. It also just now hit me that I've been subconsciously taking breaks from spreadsheets and perusing the forums because of it haha!

Yup, my DVR is set as well. My daughter's softball practice is not going to get in the way of me seeing the season opener.

Enjoyed last night's episode as I do all of them. Not that big on the celebrity angle, but I guess it makes for good tv for some folks to have that mixed in. I would love to see more about the reselling at Comicon, etc. I am fasicinated by the awesome stuff people have in their basements though. Amazing stuff for sure. Also noticed the guys on the front of the Space 1999 box very closely resembled X wing fighter outfits. Interesting stuff for sure.

So, I've got a "show-behind-the-show" question: How much is known about what people have to sell before going to see them? It just seems too convenient that in visiting 3 places Jordan found literally all of the toys D mentioned having as a kid. He had to know those were going to be there right?

I'm assuming he does his homework before he visits a potential seller. It would only make good business sense.

And having DMC on last night's show was fantastic. It's nice to see we're all kids at heart.

Pretty good episodes last night. As far as the kiss episode? If they never do another kiss item it would be too soon for me. It's been covered a few times already.

On a separate note, I still can't believe some people feel that this show is trying to pull the wool over their eyes. I mentioned the show to a guy a work, his response? "oh, that guy is a fraud." just very matter of fact. I asked why? "the whole show is a set up, he doesn't dig through the boxes" I just looked at him, I felt two things. One, i wanted to hit him over the head with a large hammer. The second, I just felt sorry for how ignorant he is. So I explained, do you think the guys on american pickers dig through everything? No. You do realize it's a "TV" show? It cost's money to produce, you can't show up at someones house and dig through boxes for 10 hrs, with anywhere from 3-8 production people standing around. I'm sure Jordan has and still does his share of digging when it's necessary.

The only suspicions I have are if the guy from run dmc is human or not. Doesn't look he's aged much, and he has one facial expression. I thought he was one of the better guests.

Ashy Larry, you've got a great screen name! I wish I thought of something like that when I joined. I wish I had picked "T-Bone", from the Seinfeld episode where George is trying to get a new nickname...

And I couldn't agree more. Time is money, no film crew has the time to film and edit hundreds of hours of footage. The show is fantastic and IMO great for the collecting community.

Does anyone know where you can find last night's episode online? I looked on the TV schedule and it doesn't look like it will be on again.

Hey guys-

Yes, I we do sort of know what we are looking at. The producers speak with the clients beforehand.. and we sort of have an idea of the toys they have.

When I there.... the digging is real. We spend hours searching through the boxes and talking to the collectors. But.. the money is real ( its all mine...)

We are there for about 10 hours.... and it get cuts down to about 4 mins.. per dig.

Overall.. 40 hours of filming.. for 22 mins. LOL Welcome to Hollywood!

Best!
Jordan

Today's show will feature a rare Mego Wonder Woman. It was sold in the later bubble card packaging only in Australia and must have been very limited, because there are only 4 known examples that have survived in any condition.

Here is the one I own:
