Doesn't matter, this appearance warrants an all new mold regardless being that it now has two release opportunities rather than just one. 8D8 is needed to complete the OG 96 and now they can also release it as UK-2 under BoBF title.
^ I don't consider this a spoiler as this Droid was seen in the trailers.^

Also the fact that Max Rebo(?) and appears means good things for possibly new figure of him? They at least timed the new Bith Musician right as well it seems. Definitely need a few more Tuskens now especially the Chieftain, although they would likely need all new molds which put them several years away. Dokk Strassi (Trandoshan) as well as the Twi'Lek assistant Mayor and all the ones in the bar Fett goes to. I can't believe it's only the first episode and there's already so much figure potential that we will likely never see come to fruition, I can't imagine what the landscape will look like when the show is finished! It could literally surpass my wants from both seasons of Mando.

Interesting, because I think the subtitles labeled the droid as 8D8.

The subs do list it as 8D8. I just assumed that in an earlier draft that was submitted for subtitling it was originally going to be 8D8, but was later changed for broadcast. Happens all the time with TV shows. The credits do list it as UK2-B for the Performance Artist, however. And pretty much everywhere else articles, imdb, wookiepedia, etc. list it as UK2-B.

I would be perfectly content if they released the previous bantha mold again in TVC packaging, preferably with the hair more like the original release than the shag of the second release. The tuskens would need a lot of new molds, the chief, the kid, some of the other elders. The could release the current Tusken with new paint apps and robe to get something out quick. The could also repaint the offworld jawa and give him a less gray robe to get them back out quick.

Garsa Fwip, Dokk Strassi, Garfalaquox the Band would be good to see soon. The R4 units shouldn't be too hard for them to make. The other droids would require new tooling but I'd like to see them. The Gammy's seem like they'll be present quite a bit so they'd be a good candidate. I'd be interested to see if we'll see more of the Mayor's Major Domo before I know if he'd be high on my list. Although I don't expect they will ever make the red Rodian, it would be cool to have him for some variety in my aliens. All in all this was an exciting intro and I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.

Given how Boba Fett appears when he shows up in the Mandalorian, I suspect we'll see more flashbacks of his time with 'the tribe'.

I'm assuming Max is not Max, because he was on the sail barge. The name of his species escapes me.

Out of things we may be likely to get: Droids, all the droids. A Gam guard, and perhaps the Tusken leader. Hasbro, sadly, is no longer in the business of making side characters, but I have hopes for the droids, from Disney parks.

This was exactly what I was thinking when I saw him. Note he was the only band member present in the episode. Robot Chicken theory confirmed!

Thus far I don't anticipate getting one new sculpt from this episode in TVC unless it's lines up with Finish the 96 i.e. 8D8. The main players have yet to be revealed.
