Normal VC20 is on a ROTS cardback and has a photo of him from that movie:
The Canadian one came out on a ROTJ cardback with the ESB Yoda pic.
There were a handful of US released VC20's on the ROTJ cardback (sans bilingual text) according to the TVC book. One came up for sale on Ebay last year but I can't recall what it sold for.

This was planned for a wide release but for some reason only about 200-300 were made and only shipped to Canada on the Canadian card. Hasbro cut production right as it started. There are a handful of US single name pill versions out there but those demand an even higher price. This figure is considered the rarest and most sought after VC grail figure for any collection. They've sold as high as $1700 recently.
