The front of the package is a Revenge of the Jedi poster and slides up and out to reveal the figure. It can then be used with the included stand to display separately. Tampo technique used on helmet and extrapolated to the rest of the body & lightsaber hilt. Cape also features the deco mimicking the poster background. Figure itself is molded in a very dark, dark red plastic.

Available to purchase at Star Wars Celebration Europe April 7~10, 2023. It was not mentioned if, or when it would be available on Pulse. MSRP is $33.99.

Just when I thought that I had seen every iteration of Vader they come up with this figure.

I love the packaging and the figure. It sucks that I am going to have to overpay to get this but when you are a self-professed Vader junkie that's what you do.

It'd be funny if they had gone ahead and paired this red Vader with the classic error blue lightsaber from the packaging.

Well, since I will be at Celebration, I will try to obtain this Vader. It is great for a Con exclusive since it is a repaint and not a necessary figure.

For those few of us who may actually want this, a couple of fan sites did query Hasbro concerning availability outside Celebration and they were told like past con exclusives there will be a limited amount available on Pulse after the convention.

is it for sure that they will be available to buy in hand.? or will it be the code again like in Anaheim.? I think they might have a few, but shipping costs and storage space does take up some of their profit..

how many of us believe this will sell out.? look at the Anaheim exclusive. how many do you want.? reminds me of the 2007 celebration. you could buy as many as you wanted and the store was open 24hrs... times have changed.

I would of preferred a black series Jabba that came with his dais over this Vader to be honest.

For the convention and being exclusive in that regard as well, and also in year of the 40th since ROTJ, I think it's a fine product to choose.
It's a nice homage to the movie and to me it's perfect in the way that it's not an essential figure for your collection, unless you are a completist.
Something tells me there will be enough for everyone who desires this one.
However it would have been more accurate with the blue saber, so that's a pity.

While I don't expect these types of Exclusives to be that innovative you'd think they might choose something that doesn't resemble Target's failed Mustafar Vader. Then again no one currently at Hasbro likely even knows of its existence and thinks this is something totally new and ingenious.

To me it merely looks like an excuse to release another main line figure with a $35 price tag, by slapping on some red paint.
