Found a great French site that has lots of medium-to-high resolution pictures of the OT and various other movies (as long as it came out in France, I guess).

Lots of pics here, including a few I'd never seen before:
http://www.toutlecine.com/film/photos/0034/00341561-star-wars-episode-iv-la-guerre-des-etoiles.html

It's a bit tricky to actually get the high-res versions--use the page source to locate the actual URLs. They all end with 'm.jpg' - for 'medium' or whatever (moyen?) and remember that the french word for large is 'grande' so you have to change that url to g.jpg and you'll get the big ones.

I have yet to go through the ESB/ROJ sections, but there are some nice BTS Indy pics here too.

I quite like this one:

Although it seems a rather silly explanation, it's supposed to be a droid caller like the one ANH Luke has on his belt. Maybe it's an all-purpose one use to control labor droids for loading & unloading cargo, or a remote to access the Falcon's cargo lifts, or... yeah, that's all I got. People who have no real use for droids walking around with droid callers doesn't make too much sense. Maybe it's a symptom of droids being 'second-class' in the galaxy. If a droid's got a restraining bolt on, as so many do, maybe it's handy to carry a remote around so you can stop a random malfunctioning droid if one happens across your path. Haven't really read up much on that stuff.

Imagine asking these guys (at the time) about what they were building and they would all say, "I don't know, I just work here..."

One thing I love about that Second Death Star picture is the racks behind it full of off-the-shelf models for kitbashing.

Weren't those mostly battleship models for the Star Destroyers?

Sounds about right. When I saw the MC ships up close at the Magic of Myth exhibit, you could see that a lot of the "blisters" on it were actually bomb halves from airplanes, too.
