If true, about darn time, Hasbro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Since1978 said:According to Stan's 1/11/11 rumor list, there's a newly tooled Speeder Bike due out by 2012 - what do you think of the idea.
Is this, perhaps, the most needed vehicle that Hasbro could do?
i'll go along with that.FakeEyes22 said:I'd love for the current "feet" to be made into the proper foot pedals and just have a clear flight stand like the STAP. Handlebars that aren't too gummy would be a plus.
Works for me.Tyranusspotting said:Hopefully it will include a Biker Scout with ball-jointed hips and a larger helmet (the size of Nik Sant's) with flip-up visor.
If it is close to this, I would be very happy with it.Toonimator said:Lots of good ideas mentioned so far...
- smaller sculpt (vintage-based bikes are too big due to having figures sit on original w/ legs in front of them)
- sturdier handlebars, extending far enough back (smaller bike will help with that)
- proper foot pedals, even if most figures can't reach them
- button-activated rear flaps* (instead of pushing a button to blow it up, push button to raise flaps, gives it an 'action feature')
- clear stand
And for the scout, the main issue is the helmet & lack of BH hips. Bigger helmet ala Nik Sant is a must.
*manual flaps are also fine rather than button-activated ones
An absolute must!!!!!Toonimator said:- clear stand
Because now it's 3 years later... EVENTUALLY, it'll be correct!Darth_Anton said:Why would this rumor be any more credible than when it was rumored by Stan three years ago?
I completely agree, my biggest hangup with the old models has been the darn handle bars, I was stoked to see something new in a bike as per the AT-AT pack-in, but now that they have the general concept down, it can only get better (we can hope, LOL).Spookymufu said:I like the one that came with the ATAT but it needs to be smaller, more in scale, painted in Endor colors and not be made of rubber!
They need to make sure a bikerscout can sit on it properly and a scout with BJ hips, bigger helmet and better proportional body.
