Found any Star Wars Vintage Collection at Ross? Discuss your Ross finds here.

Honestly, Ross sighting have never really been useful to me being 100 miles away and all. Besides that, the hassle it would be to bother when I can just wait for an eventual sale online if I need more than one at full price. Most custom fodder is where cheap prices come in handy.

That said, I heard that a Ross is opening soon in the neighboring City about twenty miles away so maybe I'll check them out occasionally. I still don't expect much being a smaller locale and likely not getting prime distribution. We'll see.

Just the Fan Channel and Acolyte/Ahsoka waves from a year and a half ago (i.e. - Dooku, Andor, Sol, Osha, K-2SO, HK-87, etc.), but I don't really go to ROSS much.

I rarely see huge scores at Ross. A few weeks ago I did see a bunch of those HoloComm Black Series figures. I think it was Mae from Acolyte. Normally it is one or two TVC figures at most. I also work Mon-Fri at 6am so that makes it hard for me to be there at opening (Almost impossible!!)

Picked up another HK-87 (Arcana) for $4.99, and they also had several of the non-deluxe Darktroopers which I left behind.

The idea behind a Ross thread is so people can give each other heads up about figures and potentially even help each other out. Participating doesn't make someone a "shill." There are Ross stores in my area, sometimes they're not a regular place to find Star Wars, sometimes they've been pretty good for some finds at a good price. There are also Target and Wal-Mart threads. Ostensibly, for the same purpose I mentioned in my first sentence, sometimes to express concerns/complaints, etc. There are surely scummers that don't have them in their area. I am glad to have a thread for Ross because it's going to be helpful to me and others.

Lol, that's not the shill reference. No real problems talking about Ross, assuming it's not 80% of what you post in pretty much every thread you visit.

i gotta agree with my collegue YodaShizzle. i mean i have never see the amount of stuff that is reported, not even a 1/10th. i have however seen some TVC at two metro city spots and black series. its possible someone is getting there before me and cleaning it out. i cant live at Ross, maybe i need to tell all my hunnies text me to look for certain stuff after i tell them but really, whos got time for that???

They got a name for people like you, E-6. That name is "recidivism." Not a pretty name, is it? ;) :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Not me. Ain't nobody got time for that. (for those who may be wondering.........there's a whole Wikipedia page about this....)

well maybe if other stores got stuff, there would be posts. The whole point about threads,is it not, to post about finding stuff.? There is always bad actors who like to make people feel small....maybe if you don't like something, maybe stay away. But I'm pretty sure the posts have helped.

The posts might help if they weren't deliberately cryptic and vague because the person making them needs to build some sort of mystery around themselves.

Stay tuned...

Well, there’s a dedicated Ross thread now. Hopefully, there are less random Ross posts in other threads.

Don't forget to lean into it as well.

I mean, if I could choose which one I'd want to open up near me, it would be Ollies. I hear far better stories about bargains from there, as well as see plenty of videos of some cools tuff I never even knew exited.

Ross is 50% cheaper then Ollie's on average up to now. Tvc 2.99-4.99. Bs 3.99-7.99. Going forward is going to be up & down on pricing based on the tariffs

Was across the state at a conference earlier this week. Went in Ross after getting done with work for the day. Looked just like the Ross in Baton Rouge. A toysplosion with nothing worth picking up.👎

I’d have to fight through a parking lot of diabetic wildebeests to get into the Ross in my hood. No can do!
There’s only one decent pizza place in my town. That place is in the same shopping center as a Ross. I always call in my order. You have correctly diagnosed my thoughts when I get there early and I am looking at that storefront and weigh possible discount Star Wars toys against just sitting in my car until it’s been “about 10 or 15” minutes.

I asked. To sum it up - too much stuff, not enough staff. If you've noticed Ross is open 7-12 AM until Christmas. High volume stores struggle to staff and stock.
I guess the rest of the store is in order. I can’t tell from the picture. This mess was probably caused by one woman on an out of control assistance cart.

Why did you ask?

I’ve been poking around the Ross stores in Memphis while I’m here. Today seemed to be a re-stock. Left with two Dookus, two Dark Troopers, a batch of HKs, and a Cassian/Acolyte Jedi for potential fodder. Passed on Professor Wu-Tang, multiple other Cassians and Acolyte stuff.
