Pour one out for that guy.
Yeah almost missed him at a con back in 1997. Poor guy came in on crutches but was very gracious. It’s sad he passed but I wasn’t surprised. He had been in bad health for some time.
RIP to Mr. Prowse.
Now watch out for all those people waiting for him to pass, to now sell Darth Vader related product ... to then capitalize!! It's like the USA is all about drug pushing (legalization of ganja .....alcohol .... etc, rake in that tax money) while people are alive , then when people pass on they best have a Living trust set up , or else the US government moves in and takes everything!! The way we treat the living, and newly deceased needs to get better ... or else we're all doomed.

Unfortunately sales will go up for anything Darth Vader. I remember Leias kenner doll jumping up to double the week Carrie passed. Same with the rest of her figures in vintage Kenner. But, who's really to blame. The listings are all over ebay and most have been there for weeks on 30 day listings. It is the people that pay and outbid each other that drive the prices up
