Request for list of Die-cast vehicles from OT and TPM (not vintage, but 1996-2000)

Does anyone have a list of all of the die-cast vehicles that came out since 1995? I know there were some from the OT and some from TPM, but not sure what they all were. If someone could also post a link to pictures of all of these, that would be great too. Thanks!

The lee's mag has a complete list of the Die Cast.

Was the Star Destroyer that came with the Executor a regular Micromachine ship? I'v eonly seen pictures and can't tell.

the star destroyer which is attached to the die cast super str destroyer is smaller than a micro machine.

it's about the same size as the super mini special edition theater give aways which included the 2nd death star, the falcon and slave I.
