Here's the link to the DPCI Lookup: Target Mobile : Expect More Pay LessAnyone have the Dpci number for the 6 inch black series?
Probably not. People would be hiring contract killers right now if they'd numbered Fett.Just bought the set today at TRU with their Buy 1 Get 1 50% off sale. Then as I was walking out I checked Hasbro's site and was able to snag an SDCC Boba Fett before they were gone.
My first question is about the numbers for this series. I see that Luke is #01, Maul #02, Sandtrooper #03, and R2 #04. Does Boba Fett have a number?
Both the 3.75" and the 6" figures were found at Toys R Us here in Phoenix, AZ in the last couple of days, also at Targets in Tucson, AZ. I posted a pic in the 3.75" recent acq. Thread.I am shocked that no RSers have found these yet, seeing as they're being reported in the southern west coast states.
The single boxed Boba will be numbered in wave 2.My first question is about the numbers for this series. I see that Luke is #01, Maul #02, Sandtrooper #03, and R2 #04. Does Boba Fett have a number?
The exclusive version has no number but the basic release is number 6.My first question is about the numbers for this series. I see that Luke is #01, Maul #02, Sandtrooper #03, and R2 #04. Does Boba Fett have a number?
Location?Got my Sandtrooper from Target! They got them early at my local store. All I had to do was ask an employee to check with the warehouse people and he brought out one of each from this wave. I would have bought them all, but I'm saving for the next set.

Did a quick search on the site using the Target Distribution Centers and saw a Target or two in Nevada, Arizona, and Texas have these. They've just started going out, but we should see them nationwide in the next week or so.
They're probably 19.96 at WM...So are they $19.99 at every store? I know Wal-Mart usually beats Toys R us and even Target on prices for most items.
Definitely. But most stores will get them out of the back for you.Thank you very much for posting this.
Unfortunately, "in stock" and "on the shelf" are two different things.
They're still just as devious and underhanded as ever (speaking as someone who worked at Walmart for 2 years). However, I don't think any of these figures have been sighted at a Walmart yet. Most Walmarts are still a couple of weeks away from doing their big fall resets; so we probably won't see them until after that. What ever happened to everything being five bucks under the MSRP? What ever happened to Walmart being devious and underhanded in order to get the lowest prices?
This was in the California San Francisco East Bay Area. The Target is in a town called Walnut Creek. Based on the DPCI lookup, they are the only place for miles to have the new wave. I believe I was the first one to get them there, soLocation?![]()
Yeah, I asked an employee there if he could lookup a number and he then turned that over to a guy in the warehouse. A couple minutes later he came out with one of each! They may not all do this, but places like Target shouldn't give you any trouble. A sale now isn't much different from a sale later to them. To my favor though, the guy I asked was new.Definitely. But most stores will get them out of the back for you.
The wait for them to get to the East Coast is getting pretty tough.
Queue the anti-walmart comments.I'm curious to hear how Walmart is devious and underhanded because they'll sell a toy for less profit than someone else because they understand they'll sell more of them
That discussion will get into personal and geopolitical political areas within a single comment, so we better just avoid it.I'm curious to hear how Walmart is devious and underhanded because they'll sell a toy for less profit than someone else because they understand they'll sell more of them

Thanks for the info. I entered my zip and up to 18 miles all of these stores say out of stock. Here's the link to the DPCI Lookup: Target Mobile : Expect More Pay Less

Good to know. Was wondering if it worked similar to that.keep in mind people, Target is gearing up for a toy reset so it's possible that they have the 6" figures in the back but because it's sitting as "Transition" it might not have been processed and wont show up in the system yet...
They do have stuff in the back as of today, a fellow AZ collector scored a fresh case but had to ask an employee to pull it from the back using the DCPI #.keep in mind people, Target is gearing up for a toy reset so it's possible that they have the 6" figures in the back but because it's sitting as "Transition" it might not have been processed and wont show up in the system yet...
no because we remove it from backroom inventory when we pull items for a customerSpooky, you work for the bullseye, right?
Does this whole DCPI pull-it-from-the-back practice that we collectors engage in screw up the inventory system at all?
Yep, I concur. It's part of the inventory once they accept the shipment off the truck.
Checking by DCPI, the 6" BS is not in my area yet.
I talked to the guy at the Mentor one one today and he said 2 weeks.Does anyone know if there is an "official" reset date for Target?
The targets in a 75 mile radius from me still says out of stock. Bummer.
