Yeah, those Moss prints are truly incredible. They speak volumes without actually shouting it, if you know what I mean.

A few new additions. I posted this picture of my Tyler Stout posters in the Mondo thread, but here it is for people who might not be reading that. I really like them.

Next is this Jabba and Leia sketch card by CS3Ink.

cs3_jabba_card.jpg

And this is actually my first "official" sketch card ever: Jabba the Hutt by John Soukup. I placed a low bid on it thinking for sure I would get outbid and ended up winning it for $15.50. The funny thing was that the seller had the wrong artist name ("John Cook") and said that the value was $250 to $800! That's just delusional. Hope they weren't really expecting to get that for it. Jabba's tongue is actually a piece of paper cut out and glued to the card.

The two most recent pieces in my collection:

I got the last two parts to Spencer's "Han Solo" trilogy:
Room13.jpg

And I got these two AMAZING pieces from the one and only Tom Hodges today. He did them during his most recent artcast. The pictures don't even come close to doing them justice and as a birthday gift to myself, I am getting them framed tomorrow.

I actually did. They have very, very thin mat.

I am definitely happy with them.

Thanks!

I finally picked up my Acme Archives Canvas and Print this morning. Very Nice

Brian Rood's Han Solo. Even my wife likes this one and she doesn't approve of my focus collecting.

Steve Thomas' Kessel Run. I like this, but i'm undecided as to whether it was worth $89. (Still, i know that i wouldn't have been happy unless i got one.

I got this sketch card on Etsy. I really like it. Nice bold colouring and a pretty decent representation of the Falcon.

As ever, there's more on my blog.

Got my Hodges print back from the framers today.

I went with the classic black frame/mat/core combo. I had to go with the [censored] color scheme to match the sheer awesomeness of this piece.

I cannot begin to explain how great this piece is. The picture makes it look like any other sketch, but it is a fantastically colored and textured piece of art. Especially the eyes.

This also shows my Noto Solo print. It was impossible to track down and when I did find it, it was damaged in shipment. But the genius guy who does my framing smoothed it out and paired it up with a great mat.

Had a lot of cards all show up at once. A few more Aimos, a Tsuken Raider, a Teranishi, a Geoff Munn, adn my favorite, Jaxxon. Jaxxon is by fellow Scummer Brian DeGuire or RXD2 as he is known around these parts. Enjoy:

Had the pleasure of meeting artist Banky V. Farano at last weekend's Miami Comic Con and picked up this stunning sketch card from her.

I also saw a bunch of her Galaxy 6 cards as well. Good stuff!

These are actually magnets, but they're made from original art by Joel Wintersteller, so I think they're basically the same as art prints. I love his style. You can get these and a lots of other characters on his Etsy shop.

And these are "Mix-Up Magnet Buddies" which are multi-part magnets, allowing you to pose them a bit and also swap parts between characters.

That Jabba looks like a Mighty Mugg.

Here's a couple of new Irma Ahmed sketch cards that I picked up recently, Zaalbar & Mission Vao from Galaxy 5 and Mee Deechi from ROTBH.

The Aluminum Falcon.

It's an original from Etsy and i think it's oil on canvas with some aluminum kitchen foil highlights. I quite like it.
