Careful what you wish for. The like button was removed because it opened an exploit in this old version of forum software that we enjoy. The only way to get it back is to have the software updated. Now I don't know about you, but all of the sites that I regularly visit that have updated their forum software have all introduced a worse forum experience.

Usually they have static headers and footers where you can't scroll them off the screen. Effectively reducing the height of your forum browsing area by a third. Then they have floating pop-up windows whenever your mouse overs over the right spot or link. On a HotWheels forum that I had visited regularlly, they updated the sw and now when you go to click on a thread, once your cursor reaches the link, it pops up a window giving a sneak peak of text of the first post. Well, while that window is up, you can't click on the link, so you move the mouse away from the link and the window disappears. You then have to race to the link and click it quickly before the pop up appears. Just a mess. I don't go there daily anymore. Also the 'remember me' doesn't seem to keep you logged in anymore. One these new forums, I'm always having to login where as this old stuff will remember me as long as I regularly use this PC.

Great post and I agree. I hope this forum stays just the way it is right now. I don't miss the "Like" button so much that the forum basically becomes unusable by adding it back. I hate the adds that are so prevalent on so many sites now and the scripting errors that seem to be associated with them.

I saw the S3 premiere episode "Steps Into Shadow" a little early. I'm guessing we'll get new Kanan and Ezra figures for sure, based on their new appearances. Sabine's hairstyle/color has changed again, and it looks like there have been subtle changes to her armor, but I can't be sure. Hopefully, we'll get an S3 update for her, too.

At last, we got to see Lothal's Gov. Pryce. I loved her uniform and appearance. Would love to see an action figure, especially if she makes more appearances.

So what you're saying is, that by the time we get the new Sabine figure. She'll be wearing something different in the show...

You nailed it, Masterfett. Many of us will be buying the new Sabine this Friday morning at midnight, and her "style" will already be a season out of date. That's Hasbro for ya. :wtf:

Agreed, we've heard about her even before the show started in the Holonetnews.com mini movies in the lead up to the start of Season 1. It's also nice to see their more then one female model body type! I was getting... concerned... ahem. As it is I hope we get Pryce and a few more legends characters make the transition and maybe just maybe we'll get some of their figures after the 3rd season ends.

The only thing I didn't care for about price was she appeared to be a knock- off of Dr Irina Spalko. How having said that, if Hasbro does not make a Gov. Pryce, one could likely customize one from an Irina Spalko and a Deena imperial disguise figure from the old 2 pk

Thrawn seemed to have weird facial features. That aside, it was a good episode. I am curious what that Force Sensitive "Bendu"?, will do with the Holocron.
Also hoped that Kanan would have ditched the helmet after leaning he could "see".

At least with the very similar look between Gov. Price and Spalko, it will be very easy to make you own SA figure of her!

I think a blind Kanan and Bendu would be a good pack set. In terms of vehicles, tie fighter, miner guild tie fighter, b wing, y wing etc bit no nerfs!

after seeing the S3 premiere I want a Bendu playset / battlepack set. how cool would it be to have a battlepack/playset that features:

Bendu
Kanan with removable helmet, staff and Sith Holocron
2 of the Spiders
injection molded "valley" similar to the Lars Family Homestead or Sarlacc Pit.

here's my custom Mining Guild TIE Fighter that I made last year.

but I'd love to see the B-Wing from last season as well as a new Y-Wing. That would be Awesome.

we also need to have Sabine's Art TIE Fighter from Season 1 as well.

Cool mining guild tie fighter! Yes happily get a few of those. Easy win if hasbro produced a tie, could easily modify to these and Sabine's graffi-tie.

Every rebels character is too much to hope for. Hasbro likes to wait until a year after a character has aired before they release the figure. We are just now getting season 2 figures. Plus Rebels only gets a handful of characters per year. Soo.... Who knows what they will green light. You won't get a character like Hondo who has appeared in in about 3 episodes, but you may get Fen Rau who.. Well was in a single episode.

I'm guessing that Fen Rau is seen again this season in the Sabine/Mandolorian centric episodes. They did leak a pic of Thrawn, so he may be current if he is released before next Spring.

Well, with the start of the new season here is what I want so far:

1. Season 3 Zeb Orrelios - the original Zeb figure seems to have been based on early artwork for the character which isn't exactly the same as how he looks in the show. Plus, I'd like to see a figure that displays more of Zeb's personality (and proper color scheme).

2. TIE Pilot Wedge Antilles with removable helmet (maybe they could do a TIE Pilot Sabine as well and make it a 2-pack)

3. Phoenix Squadron A-Wing Pilot - a green-suited, nameless pilot and they could include him with a repainted blue A-Wing.

I'm sure Season 3 versions of Ezra, Kanan and Sabine are on the way, so there doesn't seem to be any point in filling up my want list with them.

That is a homerun of a wish list. I'd like everyone of those, especially the TIE Pilot Wedge and Sabine. The only change I'd make is to include that new Imperial ace pilot with the gold stripes, make it a three pack.

So we're up to season 3 now of Rebels and Hasbro has yet to make a TIE Fighter. There hasn't been a classic TIE Fighter in stores since the Target TVC ESB TIE Fighter. Other than the Ghost and Phantom the TIE Fighter is the most common vehicle in the show. It's in nearly every episode. Theres no reason not have one. Sorry to get off topic, I know this thread is about figures not vehicles.

Rebels should have stayed a subline, not roped in with whatever movie is currently out or upcoming. I don't know if the Rebels toy issues is on Hasbro or on Disney. I know it's partly Hasbro's fault, they have taken on too many brands and can't keep up with production, they're moving factories to India or Vietnam or the price of oil, or whatever other excuse they have to pull out of their hats this week. They always have an excuse. As for Disney I assume they keep Hasbro in the dark on characters to avoid spoilers getting out, so Hasbro has a long delay before they can catch up with the seasons. I think maybe with Thrawn coming out so soon that maybe Disney is giving Hasbro more of a heads up so they can try to stay current. I hope that is whats happening atleast.

and yet hasbro comes up w/ the rediculous wv2 asst for R1 line w/ reissued herss a-wing, tfa snowspeeder and tfa finn speeder. why couldnt it been the repainted a-wing w/ generic pilot (unless these are upcoming exclusives) the potf2 small wing TIE- or target TVC TIE w/ either tie pilot wedge or sabine as mentioned above plus smaller potf2 x-wing repack, repainted black/white for R1 w/ generic x wing pilot repainted blue (can simply use 2013/14 5poa luke pilot w/ new head/face sculpt-- heck use the hooded tie pilot wedge w/ hair painted a different color and hood white/grey) . Then in a "vs" 2pk the TIE ACE pilot and tie pilot wedge or sabine not used as pack-in above.
Just like the wave asst as announced...all tools are made (except sabine and wedge's head). only costs for either asst seem to be the raw materials and paints)

The fact that a Thrawn figure was announced before his first TV appearance reminds me of the (good ol'?) TCW days when Cad Bane first appeared and Hasbro couldn't get the first version of him out fast enough. Remember that? Much shorter wait time in those days. Now ... look how long we're waiting for the Seventh Sister and Leia. Ah ... what're you gonna do.

After last nights episode, I want Cham riding a Blurrg! Those creatures were in CW and an Ewok movie as well, not to mention EU sources. How about bringing beasts back to the SW line?!

I really like your list. I would buy most of it. We're into the third year of Star Wars Rebels now, if Hasbro have had the will to dedicate a proper line to Rebels separately from the movie realeases, they could have done most of it. I don't buy every 5poa 3.75" figures in the movie lines, but Rebels have that something that would make me collect every single one of them.

I know Krell is a lost cause. But it would be nice to somehow work some missed TCW characters into the mix. I know Bo-Katan will be appearing, but it doesn't necessarily mean she'll get a figure. Especially if it's only one episode.

I like how Filoni always says that he doesn't want Rebels to be considered TCW II, but then we seem to have no shortage of TCW references in Rebels. :D Last week it was Cham Sydula and the Y-Wing, next week its Clankers, Rebels is TCW II, and I love it. : D

+1 on Bo Katan and maybe we can get a Krell ghost ;)

Would also love to see Rook Kast or a young Dr Aphra

Plus a Rebels figure would probably mean that she wouldn't be wearing her Deathwatch colours.

I cant believe Bo Katan was never released as a CW figure - not even in the Legends line with realistically sculpted CW characters. At this point, I'll take a repaint of the 2016 Sabine figure with a new head!

Yeah, there was a lot of season 4 - 6 characters that would have made great TCW figures. Besides Bo Katan, I would have liked to have had Maul themed Mando Warriors and a OBI Wan in Mando Armor when he rescued Dutchess Saltine. Super Tactical Battle Droids, Nute Gunray, Night Sisters, Pykes, Umbarians, Countless Clones ... so many missed opportunities.

Now with Rogue One on the horizon, it appears that not making a TCW Saw Gerara was a missed opportunity.

a real easy reissue for them would be Agent Kallus, he was extremely hard to find and very expensive now. They could change it up slightly by correcting his uniform to be grey like it is on the show.

The closest you're going to get to that, is to put Sabine's head on that short skinny Pilot body.

I grabbed an extra Sabine a few days ago, I'm going to try it. But eventhough it's rather skinny and skinnier than any other Tie Pilot figures, I fear the Rebels Tie Pilot body will still be a bit too big to fit Sabine's head properly.
