Totally raging about this - I just got notification from UPS stating that I'm due them around £30 for import duties for my replacement Amanaman bust.

As I had already paid the import duties for the original defective item (which was destroyed), why on earth should I be paying again? Shouldn't this have been declared as a zero-value replacement item on the declaration?

Now I'm even more nervous about receiving this bust, as what happens if this one is broken as well? I'll have to pay another £30 for taxes on another replacement???

That totally sucks. It should have been taken under account this was a replacement and declared as having zero value or gift but ...

That's just crappy. I've received two replacements from GG in the past, the first one I ended up paying customs again, the second one I didn't but I think that's only because they screwed the shipping up.

I've yet to smash mine as I've been away but I was assured in the email that I wouldn't have to pay customs.
