Awesome! Reminds me of the early D23 Astromechs. R4-D23 (2015) & R5-D23 (2017) to be specific…
Going to have to get several of this one. That color scheme is going to work great with older parts. I definitely want to put a sliver/clear dome on that body.

Does anyone know if the D23 ones end up at Disneyland or is it just for the expo attendees?
Yup. Pretty sure that was the intention.
The previous ones (R4-D23 & R5-D23) were originally slated as D23 exclusives, but then did end up in the park shops & R5-D23 in the Shop Disney Parks app. R5-D23 actually made it to some Disney Stores. I got 2 at the one near me (which doesn’t exist anymore). I don’t think this release will be considered a D23 exclusive product though & shoukd be available for anyone to purchase both in the parks & on shopdisney.

In-hand samples are already hitting ebay. Very tempted to overpay now, just in case they are truly exclusive to gold members come the 12th.

Secured my two as well. Hopefully they lift the limit on this one after a while if it hasn't sold out, cuz I want a couple more. Great custom potential with the color combo they chose.

Got 2 this morning. Relieved, since it was sold out by the time I got in the store that sold it at D23.
I bought 2 yesterday morning & another 2 just now. Same account, same CC. I was expecting some kind of ‘Purchase Limit Reached’ warning like Pulse does. Went through no problem. I did the same thing with TC-14 when it came out & received both orders.
I thought about doing that, but got paranoid they might cancel my initial order from yesterday if I tried. Soon as my order ships, I will place another order, for sure.

Not a fan of these kinds of gimmicky droids*, but take off the Mickey sorcerer cap and it's just a cool-looking droid with a great color scheme.

Saw these in Disneyland at Jedi Outpost and Star Traders.
Good to know - I’m planning to pick one up in a couple of weeks! Was the Halloween Zombie droid there as well?
Always a good day when new droids arrive! One thing I haven’t seen mentioned here yet, is that the R6 has a really cool metallic blue paint job on its neck plug. Should make the R3 domes pop more!
My online order came in today from DisneyStore. All was good with them, luckily. By the time I could into the specific D23 store, that had them at the convention, they were sold out. Funny how extras have appeared in person at Disneyland stores.

My first order of 2 was delivered Thursday, the 2nd order I placed the next day for 2 more (using the same account & CC) was delivered yesterday.
