Does anybody recall if the cheap, non-electronic lightsabers were ever produced with a Dooku hilt?

Second Question:
Does anybody have a Boba Fett TAC coin they would be willing to sell me for a buck or so? Regular Fett, not the animated or McQuarrie version.
