Photos from the 2nd Harrison Ford send in.

I recently received my poster back from the 2nd Harrison Ford send in and I was a little bummed I didn't receive a photo of Ford signing my item. I emailed celebrity send ins and they told me the photo will take a couple weeks so i guess they do have it when it should of been shipped with my item. Has anyone else not receive a photo of their item being signed by Ford?

The photos have to be cultivated then approved by Ford. None have been sent yet.

They said they will come later due to the fact that Ford can't check the photos right now because of Corona. I am sure we will receive them, but it will take a while.

As soon as they get the waiver they will ship your photo. At least that's how I understand it.

Yes it was a mail with instructions. Maybe they send it out once your photo was approved.

I haven't received anything yet either. I filled out the waiver and attached a picture of my signed item, but they didn't list how we should send them in. I just sent mine to info@celebritysendins.com and Kevin's hotmail address, I haven't heard anything from them.

Yeah I hear you. Signing was 7 months ago. Has anyone tried reaching out to them? I know it says not to inquire about the photos, but I mean its been way too long. I am going to send an email

Last time I asked was 3,5 weeks ago and they answered that there are 500 more photos to be checked.
After these all are sent out.

That is bad news indeed, all people I know here in Germany got their items back, I thought everybody did.
I will remind them again today, one month past since the last update now and I cannot imagine it takes 30 days to send 500 pictures, it is less than assorting 20 pictures to the buyer and end them out.
Till now I do not know anybody that received a picture, if none of these show up I have to think this was just a promotion to get more orders in.

CORRECTION: the info that there are 400-500 pictures left to send was from 25.05. So they had over 50 working days to send them, which equals sending out 10 pictures per day

Yea, not good. I’ve sent emails asking for any information or update, provided my order number and photo of the item. I understand things can happen. I’m patient, but transparency is key.

I got info from other German collectors that they neither get any info anymore.
All have their items, but no sign of any photos yet, nor any communication.
When they do not arrive in 3 months from now I am sure this was just a cheap trick to get more orders in.

Well I got a response when I sent an email last week from Kevin. He said "there is a chance we don't have the photo. I will look for it" I responded that I had 2 items signed and said did you lose both? and have had no response back. I am pissed. Will definetly never do business with this company again

I thankfully received my signed items rather quickly back in January. However, also with no photos... I immediately reached out via email and was told they would come in about 2 months. Obviously things then changed drastically due to the pandemic and I assumed it would take awhile to hopefully get the pics. I never heard anything else except when this thread was started and I learned about the email and information on the website about the delay. Needless to say, haven’t heard anything since. I’m still cautiously optimistic and patient due to the crazy times, but better communication and transparency would be greatly appreciated by all I’m sure.

I doubt that we will ever receive any photos. That was the first and the last time I ordered something from them. In the end we all will just receive an email (if we get one at all) telling us that we do not get a photo... or it is lost.

Very disappointing. Everything related to Star Wars (signatures, products) is not working out fine lately. Only Regal Robot and RS Props do deliver as they should (I hope they keep up the good job).

Yes, I agree we are never going to see any photos. I will never do business with this company again. Total BS. I haven't gotten an email back since I asked they question about how they could have lost both of my pictures.

I also tried to reach out to Derek Maki, they guy that was supposedly responsible for going through every picture and cropping them etc. He didn't respond to me either.

I just sent out this email to them:

Hello Andy,

since I am waiting since beginning of May which is 4 months ago, do you have an estimate when you will have sent out all of the photos?
I assume it would be easily possible to send out about 5 photos per day, so 25 in a week or 100 a month. With every sent out photo the pile of photos you have be go through becomes less high.
So there should aproximately be 400 photos sent out by now, is that about correct?

Unfortunately I did not hear back from anybody receiving one, not only here, but also on Rebelscum or any other Star Wars forum.
