This is The Joker With Machine Gun And Joke-A-Matic Time Bomb figure from the animated series The Adventures Of Batman And Robin. This figure was made in 1997 and I sent it to Mark Hamill back when he signed through the mail at his Malibu PO box address. The card is mint except for the tiny dent on the bottom right corner done during shipping but it’s tiny. It’s signed in black sharpie “Christopher-Pleasant Punchlines, Mark Hamill”. Hopefully your name is Chrstopher also but if not then there’s ways you can find online to remove it. It’s been kept in the black shadow box since I received it. The shadow box measures 17” tall x 13” wide x 3” deep and has a few scratches on the left side from moving many years ago but not too noticeable. Sorry for any reflections in the photos.
