***Possible spoilers in this thread***

No pictures of this figure yet but there is rumours of a new Jawa figure which according to Yakface is grey in colour and a different to the original trilogy Jawa, no details on this so it maybe an EP9, Mandolorian or Fallen Order figure.

What does everyone want to see with this release?

Photo real or its a pass;)

Seriously though, I do love those pesky little scavengers so would be happy to add another to the collection

Let's hope we get a slightly different height and accessory(ies). Get some variation.

I believe it is a straight repack, just with gray robes instead of brown - matching their appearance in the Mandalorian. An easy repack for Hasbro.

Rewatched the footage shown at celebration and we get to see the jawas.
Did a over-saturation on the image (lower) just for fun... there's definitely brown in cloth, but perhaps it's just not that brown in the series.

I’m wondering if it’s “required” that all Jawas have the same colored robes and eyes - that they might vary from tribe to tribe.

I'm kinda hoping it's an old Jawa. A Jawa with a beard coming out the front of his hood.

Taken from the 'Legends' categorisation on Jawa's from Wookiepedia

Through the study of corpses and skeletal remains,
Baobab
xenobiologists discovered that Jawas appeared to be gaunt, rodent-like creatures, with shrunken faces and yellow eyes

"gaunt, rodent-like creatures, with shrunken faces and yellow eyes"
So, pretty much your average scalper.

C'mon guys, Jawas are "resellers". They're not breaking any laws. :p They're helping out their fellow droid customers who can't go out and find droids in their particular area of the desert. They're providing a helpful service that's a convenience for their customers.

The small hoods make them look like a homage to the vintage Jawa.
maybe they should be wearing vinyl capes!

It is an odd choice to do the combo, but the sculpted hoods probably look a lot better than a cloth hood?

I like the looks of this enough to get at least 1, if not 2.

So basically they went... "we need soft goods" and regretted that decision half way through...

Arms have both soft goods and plastic.
Hood is all plastic
Legs only soft goods, no plastic robe underneath as with the arms. ...

Weird. Dumb.

I disagree - this is one of the few figures I prefer softgoods (and with a plastic hood.) The original Jawa's arms and holding weapons was hindered by the sculpt, and it looks like having softgoods mitigates that a bit.

I think it looks great, and now I'm hoping they re-release OT Jawas in this format.

No, this is a "It needs to be plastic" and then they regretted that move two years ago.

This is a complete reuse of the previous Jawa with the plastic skirt replaced by a soft goods robe over the entire figure.
