As for the canopy fix, I wrapped some wide rubber bands at the top middle & bottom of the canopy. Rather than over tightening the bands so they wouldn’t distort the canopy, I wrapped them tightening until the canopy sat where it was closed & then tightened one more twist/loop. I then used a heat gun on low heat directing the heat to the frame corners (where the sides & top meet) & the front edge. I applied heat for 10 minutes where the plastic felt noticeably warmer. I then let it sit for 24 hours.
