More medallions to collect!

Here's a little plug for the panels and the popular medallions that were so successful at Celebration IV and Celebration Europe. They were designed by Jeff Correll and Mattias Rendahl based off of their experiences with the previous sets. Mattias also designed the coveted Boba Fett medallion for Reunion II last October. We need to edit the CJ announcement below because Mattias was left out, so I wanted to credit him here.

The other 9 designs will be unveiled fully as more collecting panel announcements are posted. This set is a beautiful assembly of unique Japanese collectibles and sure to be as highly coveted as the previous Celebration medallions.

This is awesome! I can't wait to see more pics!! Thanks Jeff and Mattias for designing these!! The ones pictured look great!! Chris, I'm guessing you guys'll make another frame for this CJ set? I'm sure you don't remember anymore, but it was nice meeting you at CIV! Maybe I'll meet you again at CJ!!

I missed the sw.com link earlier. Thanks, I just added it. What a tease though since so many are partial images.

We think this set will be really popular. Some folks are saying it's the best one yet. There are some really great, unique Japanese items that we've been able to transform into medallions.

As far as frames go, there will likely be something offered through the Rebelscum store. It's basically just a graphic difference but nothing has been worked on yet.

What is other 3?

Transorming X-Wing is partially shown already. The others are:

Inflatable X-Wing
Millennium Falcon
Y-Wing

Each one corresponds to a different Japanese collectible, all vintage except for Luke which was 1992. There are a mix of item types plus the various manufacturers. It was a conscious decision to have a nice variety of each.

On the back of the medallions there is a text description of the item, if it's part of a larger series as well as the name, manufacturer, and date.

I'm sure the rest will be shown as time goes on. The backs as well.
