A bit late to this party LOL
I love The Black Hole!
One of my top 5 favorite movies of all time.
As a kid I didn't even know these figures existed until a friend of mine got a couple. I ended up getting the Maximillian from him, as he was my favorite from the film. I played with that figure constantly.
Years later I got some nice and minty loose figures. Basically just the series 1 robots. V.I.N.Cent, Maximillian, and a few sentry robots.
It was great when you could pick these guys up for under $10 for basically brand new loose condition.
I also snagged the Bearbrik V.I.N.Cent and B.O.B. and a vintage Italian non-articulated hard rubber B.O.B. that scales well with the Mego figures. The company name escapes me at the moment.
After a bit more I decided that I really should try to get a complete set, since I love the movie so much.
I have a full loose set all in super great condition. I was so stoked when I got a S.T.A.R. and then even more so when I finally scored a B.O.B.
Unfortunately the Humanoid I have is a repro. A great repro, but just a repro.
I also managed to snag a MOC Maximillian with a great bubble and pristine card for under $100. That was around 2015 or so, I think.
I've since gotten the Diamond Select 7" scale Maximillian and V.I.N.Cent & B.O.B. packs. Also picked up the Super 7 Reaction figures they made a couple years ago. I was pleasantly surprised by their Maximillian even though he was way too bright of a red, and even though the V.I.N.Cent and B.O.B. are nice figures they are huge by comparison. Closer to 5" or 6" scale. Still, they were Black Hole figures, so I wasn't going to pass on them. I even picked up the Funko POP Maximillian and V.I.N.Cent figures. Don't collect POPs at all, but they were Black Hole characters so I was going to get them.
Back during the pandemic I used one of my stimulus checks to buy a repro of the Palomino prototype toy ship from the UK.
Got it from the same guy that I got my repro Humanoid from and Love it!
Also got an original 35mm theatrical trailer for the movie, a complete set of the original trading cards, and a trading card #74 (the year I was born) that is autographed by Robert Forster.
