Leia - D'Qar

I finally picked her up for $5. I put the TLJ Leia head on her though cause I liked it better. Threw this together. I still need to find a belt to use but for now, I don't mind how it looks. I just wish the legs were the same length though cause she constantly leans to her right.

I was avoiding this figure till I saw the pics posted here of her body. I thought she was going to have unarticulated legs. If I had known I could have bought a bunch of her for $5 each.

I bought one finally though. She's a figure with great customization potential.

Am I the only one that thinks her plastic blue gown looks like Yak Face's orange outfit? :{J

I like her for the Tonnika Sisters. Just need a few other donor parts.

What are the chances we might (someday) see this rereleased in TVC?

I'm interested in your opinions, and I'm asking the same question for a few other Walmart-exclusive TBS figures.

I know TVC is currently all about "The Mandalorian," but we don't yet have a TVC Leia from the ST. With a new photo-real-sculpted head, I think this might be a nice reissue.

I'd rather have a new Leia figure in the the "General" outfit from TFA than a repack/repaint of this figure in TVC.

I agree, we need her main outfit from TFA first. I wish they'd simply reduce the 6 inch version for 3.75 scale and tool her up. That being said, this older figure would likely be so much better with photo real tech, though I'm not sure how high the demand is, considering we don't yet have a TROS version either.

I'd rather have a brand new ANH Princess Leia over any of this ST nonsense, with the exception of maybe Jedi Training Leia. TBH, I felt like Leia was just there for set dressing most the time.

Well she's the reason the Resistance exists, and were it not for her guidance, Rey would still be a junker. Leia is a critical element in the story, without her things would have turned out very different. She's a hero in every era, so I'd love to see full figure coverage on par with what Luke received. I'm happy to buy OT resculpts, but I prefer some ST coverage. I'd love an evolution: ANH, Jedi Training, Jedi Master (TROS)

I like the idea of an ST Leia "Evolutions" 3-pack, like one of those "Special Action Figure Sets" that have been done recently for Luke and the ARC Troopers. Maybe TFA Leia (General's Fatigues), TLJ Leia (Gown) and TROS Leia (reused footage from TFA means Hasbro could repack the D'Qar Leia with new photo-real head sculpt).

I know some fans would prefer the TROS Leia to be the younger "Jedi training" version, but I'd rather Hasbro do either a 2-pack with Luke (won't happen) or a single-carded version.

I feel like perhaps Hasbro is resurrecting TVC line at this point. This kind of set, particularly the figures seem to be a step backwards. I hate that too, cause I love Leia and wanted the ST to honor and do some new cool things with those characters. Instead, I think its safe to do ANYTHING other than ST figures.

Now this is totally different. A brand new ANH Leia & Ewok Celebration Leia would carry any Leia 3pk to victory I would say. Then having these again as single carded figures would be welcomed as well. A single ST figure could be worked in for sure. A whole set of ST figures is a BAD idea.

It‘s a great alternative figure for building a custom female character.
In my view the overall cape is not plastic, it‘s some kind of rubber which makes it necessary to use nail polish after repainting her.
I used the BS Leia to build another better articulated Qi-Ra figure.
