They could have done something similar to the two Endor pilot packs. Have an X-wing set as pack 1 with Porkins, Red 10 Theron Nett, re-release Red Leader and R5-K6. Then have a Y-wing set as pack 2 with Tiree, Pops, Gold Leader and his droid. This way we get a bunch of pilots in one shot, while Hasbro can make other figures in the slots where the pilots would have been.

Oh right, that's logic.

I just picked up Jon "Dutch" Vander today at my local Toys "R" Us in Kennewick, WA! Unfortunately, I don't have a way to include a pic. Also picked up a Black Series Stormtrooper with the TIE Pilot card.

If they would just do one more Rebel Pilots set with Theron, Snowspeeder Hobbie and a new, accurate Y-Wing Pilot. I'd be satisfied with my OT pilot wants!

No, I just find it very suspicious. That we only gotten one Droid from TBS line, other than R2. The two Droids that were supposed to get released got canceled, and somehow became a Disney thing. Same with R5-K6, who everyone seems to have been after as a repack.

That's my theory too. Disney buys LFL, orders Hasbro to stop the build a droid pack in, because they want to keep that as an exclusive to the parks. They finally allow Hasbro to blow out the stock they have on the two droids that are not astromechs, and there you have it.

I know, I just meant that's what Hasbro should have done, it would have made more sense. But we all know how much Hasbro listens to the fans lol.

Gold Squadron are almost complete, updated Lepira and the yet to be made Torsyn and Okand and that's it done dusted no more pilots for that squad.

Three pilots and droid like the endor pack, hell I wouldn't mind if it was just two pilots a droid and one of vaders tie pilots ( black squadron?)

I did just find out about this yesterday. Of course these come out a few weeks after I already went to and came back from Orlando for my family vacation. I can deal with no wires on the feet, as he will probably be plugged into the ship anyway. Now I just need to figure out how to get one.

Well, That was easy. 21 bucks is much easier to shell out than the ridiculous double digit prices he's going for on ebay. Maybe now that there is some sort of re issue, it will lower the demand on the EE exclusive. I'd still like to pick that one up someday. For now though, this guy is GREAT.

I'm confused; are you trying to say you got the Saga Collection Astromech Droid pack 1 inside a loose ROTS Commemorative tin from the 30th Anniversay line???

Weird. Just took a photo of mine to demonstrate that my Dutch is fine but the photo shows a colour difference. Yet to the naked eye, it's fine : /

I just checked my Dutch figure and to me it looks like its the same shade of orange all over. I held it under the light and I really don't see a difference. That could be just on the promotional image, where the colors may vary on the final product.

The Action Fleet booklet was like that, Luke's X-wing in the booklet didn't match the X-wing on the final product.

Ah yes I forgot him, I keep getting him confused with Ekelarc Yong. Although, now that Disney took over and scrapped the EU, according to Wookiepedia, Ekelarc Yong has Lt. Telsj's photo if you select the Canon tab. Lt. Telsij is on Wookiepedia but just under Legends. It seems they merged the 2 pilots into 1. Now I'm confused.

As for Hobbie, I was just counting pilots who were shown on screen who haven't been made yet. As for a proper Snowspeeder Hobbie, you're correct we don't have one.

I got 1 from Big Bad Toy Store and 1 from Amazon and they both had mis-matched suits. But I just looked at a few on EBay and some have mis-matched orange suits and some don't. Guess I will wait till I see these at retail and try and find a matching orange suit figure.

Yeah, the recent Biggs is like this too. It must be the way light is reflected off the different densities of plastic that can only be seen on camera or the plastic is possessed by dark magic. I'm leaning towards the latter.

It gets even more confusing because the figure of Yong is meant to be an Asian guy, when Yong is actually white and Telsij is the Asian.

Just opened my Dutch and I'm very disappointed. The helmet looks fantastic. That means they COULD have done a decent job on Wedge's and Biggs' helmets, but chose not to.

I am NOT the most reliable person on this forum to ask this, but it's definitely a little less deep than on Biggs. I would say Biggs has a touch more red to him than Dutch does. I can't compare to Dak I'm afraid.

Alright, cool. Thanks for that. Hopefully the difference between him and... every orange-suited Rebel pilot before him won't be so stark. I'm going to paint and headswap Biggs because he's that different to the rest.

Porkins, Tiree, and Pops have the similar darker orange color too.

Some of these figures are still in stores. I ran across a Gold Leader as well as a Commander Doom in a store last week.
