Display case coming in next week. Got the 3 tier display for my loose first 12 figures plus variations today. Still need more stands. Have all the loose figures except a couple rare ones. Weapons have not been placed in clips yet. Waiting till everything is in place. Sorry for the fuzzy pics. Phone pics. 20210421_185815.jpg20210421_185740.jpg

Pics of the curio cabinet I just basically stole for $150. 4ft by 7ft by 18ins, lit, lockabe from the side so the whole front door slides open. Has interior outlet if you need it. Missing 2 shelves but they are easy to replace. This is a top quality piece they no longer had any use for. IMO, $1500 plus new.

The cabinet is now in my home. I have to move some things to storage as that is what the room was used for. So no pics yet

Said I was not going to do until all was finish but I lied...lol Here are a couple pics as it stands now. The vinyl cape on the Jawa is a repro. One day maybe I can afford a real one. Not good at taking pics but you can get the idea. Still a few holes to fill but getting there. And yes, those are my boney legs and bald head in the reflection...lol

And the 1978 12in group continues to grow. Ben is 1996. Couldn't pull the trigger on $500 to $800 for the 1978 version. Chewie(1978) and Hans(1996
) on the way in.

I saw in another forum some statements on original vrs repros. I try only to buy 1977 to 1985 pieces BUT will buy a later edition of the same piece if the original is cost prohibitive until the time I can find one in my price range. But I always it point out in my post the dates issued if they are not from the era of my collecting focus such as I did with the 12in Ben and the Hans pieces. Some people cannot afford the cost of early issues but still want to collect. I say this, collect what you want or can afford. I judge no one for what they collect as long as they up front about everything.
