Help with some vintage parts identification,

Come flex your vintage GI Joe parts knowledge!

I got a screaming deal on a dusty pile of shells and parts. These are the bits I'm not recognizing, I doubt they go to the shells (Skystriker, Night Raven, Wolverine, Hiss, Whale), but would love to know what they do go to. Pretty sure at least a couple are probably not GI Joe, as I found a vintage Bespin blaster and Hoth mail away trooper backpack in there too.

You can't really see it, but #12 is a detonator box with a plunger/handle on top. And number 23 was chrome.

5 is a VAMP gas can.

I'm pretty sure 2, 4 & 21 are all Hydrofoil. 3, 6 & 15 as well. Maybe 17.

20 is the Mamba.

18 is Zartan's Swamp Skier.

19 might be Mauler.

23. I can't find this. I thought it was a motorized battle back, but it's not. Is it rubber?

There are two websites that are helpful. Yojoe has a database called whobit that lets you look up guns, backpacks, etc., and a lesser known Joe site called the PIT has a database of vehicle parts, unassembled, what came in the box, parts. I've found them helpful many times.
