Hasbro using cheap fabric that bleeds dye onto figures?

I've noticed over the years that the black fabric that Hasbro uses for capes can "bleed" onto lighter plastic if they're in contact with each other for a prolonged period of time, but today I opened a figure that was already covered in stains because of the dye bleeding right off of the cheap fabric that was used. The figure in question is the Retro Jawa, and the brown cloak, while nicely cut & constructed, ruined the figure itself. A brand-new figure now looks like a Kenner beater that's been dirty for decades, lol. I'm considering contacting Hasbro about the issue, has anyone else brought it up with them?

No I haven't seen that but mine are still carded. I have a long list of Hasbro SW issues (even with brand items) that have never been properly addressed by Hasbro. They responded usually with these issues "we don't have that exact item anymore" so we will send you a comparable item instead. I'm sure they have new SW media retro around that I wouldn't want for free. Please post your results if you contact them.
