I'll try and get a pic the next time I see some. The black panther just seems to be a standard figure (no blue vibranium lines). And the Iron Man looks to be the latest Endgame version, but with no unmasked sculpt or extra hands or missiles. They're retailing at £14.99 and appearing everywhere, including supermarkets, whereas previously, the standard Legends have only been available at comic shops since TRU went belly up.
Interesting, and the price point is better. Though, I don't like the idea of no accessories. However, the latest Endgame Iron Man doesn't come with an unmasked head.

I'd be more tempted to bite if the line had a decent Cap. The timesuit one is terrible and completely inaccurate.
I tentatively looked into getting a 'worthy' Cap as the cost would be (slightly) offset by how cheap the other figures were, but my, my, my.... it looks like I'd have to look into selling an organ first! The next best option seems to be in the Crossbones two pack, but that's a fair chunk of change as well!

I wish it still had our locations by our avatars... are you in the States? I've been seeing new shipments of worthy Cap at WM recently

Anyone need a Walmart Worthy Cap? I randomly found one at my Walmart the other day, not sure if it was a return or stray or what. I grabbed it in the hopes of helping one of esteemed peers. Looking to trade or sell (cost+shipping). Let me know if you're still on the look out for this figure.

Looks like bad news for my wallet in the long run as I will be coming back into the marvel Legends fold after all. I'm going to try and keep it a small collection, and will probably restrict myself to MCU for the time being.
So... Can anyone tell me when the face printing came in with Legends? So anything after a particular wave is worth looking for....?

Alpha Flight 6 pack is 69.99 (down from 109.99) on Amazon. Not something that interests me but just letting people know.

so, after due consideration (and a great deal on worthy Cap from a fellow scummer) I've been spending money that I can't afford and buying up a few of the budget releases. I now have advanced suit spidey, Iron Man and Captain Marvel... two of which were on special offer.

I think I'm well and truly 'back in'.

I did turn up one clue as to these budget releases, the last ones I bought had a shelf tag that read "MVL LEG INTERNATIONAL ASST". I'd love to know if there will be further 'international' waves but none of the figure forums are discussing these.

I was just going to stick to MCU figures, but I've got to say, if I come across that new Doctor Doom in the wild, I might not be able to resist.....

I have a feeling that may be a mighty big "If". TheFwoosh has some new in-hand pictures of that wave and they pretty much all look great.

Have now found a physical 'bricks and mortar' chain in the UK (GAME) that has the current ML waves in stock (Fat Thor/vintage carded etc..) they are also a reasonable price at £19.99 (as opposed to the usual £25-£30 they go for in specialist stores). This could potentially cost me a LOT of money in the long run....

It's a really good figure! I think that's the only BaF I ordered the full case for.

I’m sure this is old news by now, but the new Spider-Man and fantastic four waves are hitting target. Got vulture and doctor doom at a suburban Chicago target.

Also, now that Hasbro has been rereleasing some bafs like this venom that’s coming up, what are the chances they’ll do more? I’ve been contemplating getting sandman, lizard and rhino so I can have updated versions of the main baddies, but if there’s a chance they might release them as deluxe figures, I’ll hold off. I would think that would upset the people who collected the pieces but then there’s venom so who knows??

I found Doom at a Wal-Mart a little outside Chicago about a month ago. I love the F4, but I haven't betty able to bring myself to buy Reed yet, even though I've seen him a few times.

I don't think any of the other BaF's are gonna get re-released, honestly. Marvel has been pushing Venom pretty hard since his 30th anniversary in 2018, and the movie performed pretty well. I think this is just another way to get out an exclusive they can charge a little extra for (like Civil War And Man, Black Widow with stand/explosions). Plus later on in the year, there's going to be another Venom wave of Legends, so for anyone that holds off now, might be inclined to pick him up when that comes out.

I really do wish they'd keep releasing BaF's as single figures like this though. I didn't want to get back into legends, but then I picked up Pizza Spidey and told myself "ok, just a few heroes", and ended up passing on a lot of spidey villains I wish I grabbed.

Eh, you're in good shape, they've just been trickling in. I've only seen Sue and she Hulk one time each though. I haven't seen Shang Chi in-store anywhere, but I had him preordered. Other than those 3, I don't think these waves will be too difficult to find.

Thought I had the Worthy Cap Walmart Exclusive finally ordered. Got an order in last week at retail price. Then I got the backordered email with potential cancellation. Now I see the webpage says Item no longer available.

Thanks for nothing Walmart. Never saw this any stores near me and only once did I see it at retail price from Walmart.com and not from flipper companies. Guess I will never get it in the collection.

I still have an extra. I grabbed 2 a couple of months ago when I saw them at my store. Not sure if it was returns or a restock or what. If you are interested let me know. It would be cost plus shipping.

This happened to me over the summer with the 80th Anniversary Captain America. The other one that was a Wal-Mart exclusive. I diligently check the website for how many were "in-stock" and I got lucky that that number was accurate one day when I was right next door and was able to get the only 1 in stock. Terrible website.

Rumors are starting to gain some momentum regarding the upcoming venom wave being more of a "venomized" wave.

Also there's a rumor going that a version of Captain America and and Kamala Kahn from the Avengers video game will be in an Avengers wave.

Vintage Spider-man Legends rumors. Spider-man, Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, Green Goblin, Electro, Daredevil.
When I heard about this, my first thought was they would be on an Animated Series Spiderman-style feedback. After thinking about it a little more, I really don't think they would do that. But If they did, I think that would have to mean a re-released of Lizard and Kingpin BaFs, I don't see that happening at all.

I'm not really big into the Marvel Legends line, but have picked up a few random figures here and there. At my local Target today I saw one lone straggler Captain Marvel Star Corp. figure. I assumed it must be on clearance at this point, and when I took it to the scanner it didn't even come up in the system. I wound up paying $9.99 for it, but does anyone recall how low it dropped during it's markdown cycle?

I want to say that $9.99 was the lowest I ever saw it in my area. I don't think I have seen a legends figure below that at Target actually. The DC multiverse wave of poison Ivey, toybiz Batman tribute, and joker I did see the left over poison ivey's hit $6.99 which is the lowest I think I have seen for a 6" figure there. Walmart has on occasion had legends down to $5 but they are usually pegwarmer characters that were either over produced or no one wanted.

I don't remember ever seeing target clearance single figures to under $12. Although their 2-packs sometimes get clearanced that low. They are initially priced at $40, but I was able to pick up two that pegwarmed for $12 each.

Awesome. Thanks for the information. I really didn't have an issue paying $9.99, more curious if they had gone lower. Half price works for me!

It must depend on the area what discount they do. I know with Wal Mart it seems to make a difference in their clearance items. One Walmart close by discounts stuff quick and another that is about equal distance in a separate direction hangs on yo the it or if they do discount it never gets as low as the other. As for Target you can see this wasp I literally picked up within the last week. That wave is how old? And they just dropped it to clearance.

I used to be into these big time, dating back to the original ML from 20 years ago. I for a time had a ton of these, all the exclusives, the multi-packs. Now I just own 4, which are the only ones I want. Symbiote Spider-Man (12" exclusive and 6" version), 6" Big time Spider-Man and the Gamerverse PS4 suit Spidey.

Obviously, I am a Spidey fan ;)!

That being said, I still check them out whenever I see them, and have been tempted by a few since I quit collecting.

I gotta be honest- I have no idea how target decides what they clearance. All the targets near me are still sitting on a ton of Misty Knights, White tigers, Wasps, Songbirds and a few malekiths. Still, they get new waves and multipacks in and just put them in front of these and these never get clearanced.

Spidey is what got me back in too :( Pizza spidey was the one that doomed me.

I saw that figure as low as $6.98 at a couple of local Targets.
