I was going to pick up a resin cast of this eventually. I'm glad I waited, will definitely pick this up. Awesome that it comes with 2 different stands also.

Yes it did, this is just a re-release of the Han in Carbonite from the SDCC set. Glad Hasbro finally is getting this out, I wish I would of known sooner as I bought a loose SDCC Han in Carbonite from eBay last year for £60!
 
Went from Unavailable to Temporarily Out of Stock...not sure if scalpers got them or they are getting ready to go in stock and live....
 
Some people work......I am on my lunch break hoping to get these during this time. Hopefully enough is made for demand because these reveals look cool..even for being reused sculpts. LOL.
 
I don't think it's gone live yet. I've had Auto Refresh Plus running since someone posted the link. It changed from Currently Unavailable to Temporarily Out of Stock without even ten seconds of In Stock.
 
No idea what the availability will be like here in the UK. Amazon exclusives can be tricky to get hold of unlike the other retail exclusives from across the pond

I don't see how they possibly could have done it that fast - even the Hugh Jackman Wolverine hung around for nearly a week. Amazon gets BIG numbers for their exclusives. The Emperor w/ Throne only recently sold out, and the Chewie w/ Threepio is still available.
 
Will this be the same price as the other ESB 40th figures or more due to being an exclusive?

I would guess it would be more than regular price, but it seems almost every new figure is exclusive these days!
 
It’s interesting release but I’m just paying for a block of plastic on a Vintage card. It looks neat but seems like a money grab for me.
 
1) I wish the cardback was more ESB specific, feels very ROTJ.
2) The stand is a nice touch
 
Well SDCC exclusive, we had a good run, but in the end, all exclusives eventually become common.

These pics look like a darker wash too, but maybe my imagination.

I think it looks cool as hell on its own card. Doubt I'll be able to get one though.

I've always wanted this figure in complete 100% diecast metal but I'm sure they'd say that's too expensive or something.

I'm a sucker though...if SHF ever releases theirs, I might double dip! I'm an art connoisseur after all, and "Man in Carbonite" doesn't come up on the market very often!

$15 according to the front page! Pretty reasonable I think...
 
This has been at the very top of my wish list for some years now! I’m so glad I didn’t bite the bullet and spend an extortionate amount of money on the SDCC version with Boba Fett.
 
I'll mark this as another TBS release that I'll get. Ever since I couldn't get a vintage one so many years ago, I've been interested in buying up the many Han carbonite releases that have been put out.

Right now I even have the 12" Kenner(?) version hanging on one of my walls.
 
There's something really funny about seeing the carbonite block and the cardback picture showing the exact same pose, and being almost the same size. Like you don't have any of the normal action figures pre-posed in their bubble like their cardback picture.
