I'll get him, but where's my Tarkin, dang it?
I suspect an eventual Tarkin will use parts from this figure.
You beat me to it. I kinda feel like this figure will open up the sore to other officers within the OT.
You can see from the pictures that Thrawn has the same arms as Krennic. There was a Tarkin n TVC just a couple years ago. I do agree the time for Tarkin is now, but they have to know how much we want him. I feel we will see him super late this year or Spring 2018.
And guys, Hasbro has proved time and time again they don't reuse parts for this line. The only figures that share parts are Stormtroopers and the Shoretroopers.
Great looking figure. I wonder if the reason we have not gotten a Tarkin is because of likeness rights, because at the end of Rogue one they thank the Peter Cushing Estate, so maybe his family has been hold this up and finally decided to release them since his was part of Rogue One and that we will get one down the line. The last Tarkin in any scale was the Death Star briefing correct? Except for the Revenge of the Sith different actor.

If they did, then they also told the sculptor to copy the exact pattern of folds and wrinkles in the Krennic figure's sleeves.Actually they're not.
It's so much of an unnessicary hassle trying to cast just the 2 arms from the Krennic mould. They pay a sculptor to make the whole figure, they dont give Krennic's arms to them and say work around this.
Kick in the nuts was the giving xwing luke for celebration but mother effing super thrawn package for sdcc.
It's like banging your mistress in after you asked your wife to watch haha

Their reasoning was they can charge more for a con exclusive than retail so more detail. BS!I'm with you, man. These convention exclusives drive me nutz. Luke's speeder is what is driving me really crazy. SDCC getting a more detailed version that can pop the hood....so lame. so very, very lame.
