Decided to add a couple more figures that aren't Imperials here, rather than start a new thread:

1x Luke Skywalker (missing moisture vaporator and coin) (30th Anniversary Collection)
1x Admiral Ackbar (complete) (Black Series)
1x Rebel Soldier (Hoth) (MOC) (Vintage Collection)

The only 3.75" figures I intend to hang onto are the B'omarr Monk, one Imperial Navy Commander, Dr. Evazan and Ponda Baba because I like them so much, and the Fan Club exclusive Cantina Band Member, Spirit of Obi-Wan and a loose Admiral Motti because they have some sentimental value to me, especially the Band Member, being the very first mail away figure I ever got.

Dyer is back on the market. The guy who bought him on eBay was incensed that he didn't come with his blaster, even though the E-11 is probably the most common accessory in the 3.75" figure range; he apparently wanted the specific E-11 Dyer came with and would accept no substitutes. I wished him luck with that, will refund him ASAP, and now Dyer can be purchased by anyone who doesn't mind that he's missing the most easily replaceable blaster in the line.
