Y'think Sigmund Freud would have a field day analyzing GL via Star Wars?

- Decapitations everywhere! Limbs are a'flyin! (but a lightsaber is an elegant weapon for a more civilized time).

- If you're a mom, aunt or wife...your dead.

- Heck, the symbolism of a lightsaber alone warrants its own debate.

- Sibling smooches!
Luke: and in my sister...its you Leia.

Leia: I know...somehow I've always known.

Luke: Always...known? Eeeewwwww!

- That touchey-feeley Han/Chewbacca relationship.

I'm not even gonna get into leaving Yoda alone with a whole bunch of younglings.

To loosely quote Robert Deniro in Analyse this;

"Well Freud is a sick **** and your a sick **** for bringing him up."

Fathers, brothers, and uncles don't fair well either. I think you may be reading into it too much.

Although someone was right on with the sarlaac, and don't forget the space asteroid cave moster. What's that about getting yourself end, and then being trapped inside...err. Maybe that's just marriage.

I like this thread idea!
Maybe someone should have a go at Lucas analyzing his crazy mind!

How about taking the Frued one step further, and pointing out that the person who started this thread is constantly refered to as "BJ" ..

Hmmm....

Hmmm....

Or perhaps we should focus on the person that would point that out.
