Was this a convention exclusive or something? Can anyone let me know what convention and if they are all repacks? Thanks!

so, it was a mexican exclusive. that was just really weird. why would hasbro do a toy like this just for mexico? obviously it didnt do well if it was found at sams club later. weird.
