European Three Packs

I know that the vintage style special action figure sets were released in Europe as well as here in the U.S. I was hoping someone could tell me if all 11 packs that were released here in the U.S. were released overseas as well. Also, the overseas packaging was multilingual. Does anyone know if all 11 were released overseas in multilingual trim? I'd like to get my hands on a set of these.
