There's a picture in the general toy thread of the 6" 2 pack containing a Riot Control FO Stormtrooper with shield & Poe Dameron in his Resistance fatigues which looks to be an Argos Exclusive.

Anyone going to pick this set up?

I highly expect this to be the Target exclusive 2 pack we've seen in the listings for the USA.

I'm really looking forward to this one. Though it appears to be the wave 1 Finn figure with a new head (and new paint job), though the lower legs might be different?

The stormy has some new accessories but appears to be otherwise the same as the single packed figure. I won't feel bad grabbing two sets and selling off the single Poe.

Here's the pic:

The price is in Euros. Is there even an Argos in the US? Why would these be a UK exclusive?

Pound signs! £££!!! :)

I'm sure these will be available in the USA. Argos must just be keen to get the word out.

'Why would these be UK exclusive?'

Yeah because go forbid anyone else gets an exclusive for once lol.
I'm sure they'll show up the US as does everything else, so I wouldn't worry too much. And if they are exclusive, I'm sure UKers will gladly trade a set for the KMart Exclusive, Amazon Exclusive or maybe even TRU exclusive since those remain unknown UK wise :)

Hope this gets released in the US. I'm liking those two, and hope they aren't hard to get for me.

I hope this is the target exclusive. I wanted a poe in his resistance gear and i didnt manage to get a storm trooper last night so this will knock out two birds with one stone. Hopefully Poe's face sculpt is improved from the pilot gear version.

Ouch. Good point.

Man, the head sculpt on this is so much better than on the 6" pilot Poe. I want this. Gonna be bummed if it's UK only. :(

I would say that there's no way that Hasbro would not release the set in the U.S., but the way things have been going lately I assume nothing anymore.

Isn't there a still unannounced Target 2-pack exclusive that's listed in their computer system? Odds are good that this is it.

I much prefer this Pie. I hope he is released here' if anyone of my brothers and sisters in the force in the UK. Decide to sell the Pie let me know 😃.

There's no way they produce a 6" figure and limit it to one country. This will probably be the Target 2-pack but either way I'm sure we'll get it. Looking forward to it! The helmet rules.

It looks identical to the other Poe. It's just painted differently. And I actually think the pilot Poe looks more like Oscar Isaac than this one -- I see no resemblance to the actor in the exclusive version, but it could just be the photo.

Target exclusive is Slave Leia and Greedo

"Hey, JJ? This is Bob from Hasbro. Look, we have a warehouse filled with unsold Leia and Greedo figures. Any chance you could put a scene in the new movie to help us sell these? I was thinking, maybe Leia and Greedo cosplayers could join the Resistance? Hello? JJ? You still there?"

So what you're saying is... all the Wallmart, Target, EE, etc exclusives are not exclusive to USA? ;)

Bang on with this comment. It's always worked in favour of the US, so trying to branch out as it were with other country exclusives may be a sign of change.

They're all available at normal retail all over asia, and from online sellers (if you want to buy them in Europe, etc). Plus the Walmart/Target ones usually make it to TRU or Argos, in the UK at least.

If you don't want to pay scalper markup, just make friends with a board member in the states. They can order it for you (free shipping on the AZ and EE multipacks) and ship them off to you.

I like the Poe figure, but I think I'll pass. His pilot figure is enough for me. (Unless I totally fall in love with his character or something!)

I'll probably usecthe pilot version as my main Poe figure for some variety. I think it'll look odd having Poe and Finn in similar costumes.

I just thought his comment was funny, bc of all the retailer exclusive packs in the states :) are you from the States? ;)

Ok, I guess I should clarify haha. There's no way they limit a 6" figure to one country that's NOT the United States. I'm not trying to be ****** - I know it sucks for international collectors - but the U.S. is their biggest market by far.

I don't think its odd, we've seen this several times in OT. But I think its too early for a 2nd release of Poe. He may be a huge character that connects with fans, but there are still plenty of others I'd like to purchase first before a 2nd Poe.

Maybe I phrased it wrong, I don't find it odd in movie/franchise, I just thing it'd look funny on my display shelf. I'd rather have a representation of several costumes than some that are similar, so having one figure on my shelf as a pilot to highlight the pilot costume works better for me and my dusplay rather than a uniform set up across characters :)

Might get two sets. One for normal Poe and another Poe to swap with the Pilot Suit version.
