BUMP - New photos. I could be off, but I count 189 MIni-busts at this point. I'm going to need to figure out what to do about space again soon, these cabinets are just about slammed...
I only just now saw this, but who's the Purple Beehive Trooper? Galactic Marine? If so, there's one in there.
Ah yeah, that guy. I don't collect all the EU busts, so I skipped that one. I don't have the Republic Commando 4-pack... Mara Jade... the Animated-Style clones. I just pick up EU randomly if I like them.
My God, this is incredible. Very jealous of your setup and collection KBZ! Question for you: do you ever wonder that the Detolf shelves might collapse?? I want to buy Detolfs to store my collection but am terrified it might happen. Do you reinforce the shelves in any way?

I actually do worry about the weight thing. IKEA says the shelves are rated for 15 pounds, And when you starr putting more than 5 or 6 on a shelf you get to that number... but at some point someone posted pictures and a link to some collecting forum where some guys stacked like 40 or 50 pounds worth of weights on them and it held up fine. I also kind of hope and expect that if a weld failed, it would be 1 before it all collapsed... that could be misguided, but I check them every now and the to see if they all look attached. the oldest cases I have in there are about 13 years old and there’s no sign of trouble yet... the newest one is about 2 years old.
I’m shopping for a (hopefully) bigger place right now and might try to come up with a new display set up for these... the detolPCs aren’t really the most space efficient way to house them.
Lots of stuff, but the collection is displayed so close together looks more like a hoarders place than anything else. The action figure area is a dust collecting paradise, a blob of plastic having everything so close to each other. Lots of stuff but the way it is displayed kills it.

No, honey. Why would I do that? I know there are people that can't get a hold of themselves and look for confrontation to call attention, but that's not me. I live and let live. I truly dislike the way you display your collection, and I just made a comment about it. It's that simple. Same way as I've praised other collections.

Glad to be of help. Just make sure you are good with your sales. That Ahsoka mini bust you sold on Ebay for $1,400.00 was a bit on the high end of things. I promise I will post good things for you once you've given your collection some space to breath. You are sweet, honey.
I hope you held onto the one you were selling back in September, you might have missed out on an easy grand.
I sold it for around $375.00 (shipping included) which was a decent, fair price. I wasn't looking to squeeze so much out of someone's pocket. I just did not care for it after I got her. I'm not after making a quick buck from someone's misfortune, nor need to be selling action figures on Ebay. We know how bad Capitalism is. Buy for less sell for more. We should be ashamed of ourselves, honey... especially you (JK)

Well, since you read the post where I said I sold her for $1400, you also read the part where I said I really didn’t want to sell her at all, but since I took a pretty huge Covid related pay cut at work, I couldn’t turn down the chance to recoup some of that. It seems a little disingenuous to be painting me as being in the PGM to make a quick buck, while also saying I have too many mini-busts, while also knowing the details of why I sold that Ahsoka.
Given that I have no idea who you are, that you’re clearly trying to get some kind of a rise out of me, and now having read a few of your posts in that Covid thread... I’m legitimately wondering if you’re slightly crazy... so I’m going to go ahead and put you on ignore. Best of luck to you though.

I just moved and have added two more cabinets. Next time I take photos there will be 9.
It took about two days, and there is lots of unpacking yet to do, but I got them all back into the cabinets! I was able to leave spaces for all the pre-orders I'm aware of, but might be adding a tenth cabinet by next year.
