Jeez, not all at once, please. :wtf:

Anyhoo, here's a few comparison pics of the DA Lars Swoop with the Tomy version. :ninja:

lol sorry mate, can't help you, I don't have any of those DA's. I just received my Wookiee catamaran a few days ago though, so that's good :)

Very easy, much easier than mounting the DA ships on Titanium stands, actually. The SSBs are 100% plastic so they're very light and easy to work with: the stands will usually wiggle off with a little bit of effort, they're very lightly glued on. 5 minutes with a Dremel to drill a hole and clean up the ship's belly and you're done.
You don't even need to do that a lot of the time. The two big starter ships will fit without any modification, and the smaller ones I just increased the size of the hole slightly with a scalpel.

That's true, it just depends on which ship you're talking about. Easy peasey, lemon squeezy either way.

Hehe yeah, I'd hope that the main issue is that very few peeps have complete sets of both the DAs and the Titaniums.
I'm still pecking away at DA when I can bag them cheaply, but in the end there are five I'm gonna skip.
Nice get, DW! Are you gonna remount/mod your Catamaran?
I was thinking of revisiting mine and mounting it to a Y-shaped stem and then onto a Titanium stand, sorta like an AF battle pack swoops stand. Gotta finish my wings someday, too.

Hey UnR, what did you end up doing with yours? How did you get rid of those screws? Is it possible to lift the seats? Could definitely use your advice, too.

Here's what I did: Slide a thin flat screwdriver behind the seats and pry them up. They popped off fairly easily, and didn't leave any marks. Then you can unscrew the mounting brackets and re-glue the seats.

Here's the DA vs the Titanium Bloodfin speederbikes, for your viewing pleasure. The DA is much bigger than I expected so I removed the front pedals until I can find a fig that fits better!

"And then there was one."

Many thanks for the heads up on that one. I probably shouldn't have, but a nice sized Death Star is difficult to pass up.

BTW: he now has only one left.

Ok guys, that's all of them, including the Landspeeder! Would appreciate a sticky, if that's possible. An alternative might be to put all the TS, DA, Tomy, F-Toys etc comparison shots into a single thread for easy reference. Thoughts?
Anyhoo, enjoy! :)

Once again, DD, going back over these great pictures, i am blown away. You did an amazing job!

May I ask a specific question, please? If you have it handy and it is no trouble, may I ask for length measurements on the AA-9 Starfreighter and the Hardcell, please?
