Darth Vader - ROTS - #26 / #03

Finally, a decent version of Darth Vader. Helmet looks fantastic and there's no more of that obscene chain thing that Hasbro seem to think looks amazing.

I'm pretty late to the party with this Vader but man is this a good figure. Other than my original POTF figure I had when I was a kid this is my favorite Darth Vader

Only just picked this up, and I have say, I think it's my favourite version of the figure!

I wasn't too happy with the original cape and skirt, so I swapped them for a thicker material:

Haven't been able to find this one in a long time, not since I started buying the series. Only need this one and Chewie now.

I went to eBay for 20 bucks with shipping, there were a few more last week for about that, really worth getting.

I picked this up a few months ago but only opened him yesterday ... Awesome Figure!!!

Oops, here you go:

Thanks 11Parsecs.

My version is only slightly different in as much as I separated the cod piece and belt into two pieces so the 'skirt' hangs over the cod piece rather than under. just need to look through the fodder box for an old 'bracket' to hold a lightasbre, then modify the unlit sabre with a peg so that it hangs upside down.

Nice job. I have never seen a Vader with a Battle Droid leg!
Its the storyline in the current Vader comic. After letting Pame's handmaidens escape (a cool story in itself), Palpatine senses vader's grief over Padme. He gets pissed, sith-lightnings Vader's limbs off and dumps him back on Mustafar.

Vader crawls into the old Separatist base (complete with Gunray corpse) and uses a mouse droid to help him attach battle droid parts as replacements. Then the sith assassin shows up...

Revenge of the Sith/pre New Hope Darth Vader its still a good figure. Just wish Hasbro people used their brains better because of the cloth skirt and the codpiece belt. Other than that, the figure is pretty good looking
