I'm going to be disgruntled if we end up getting EU/Legends figures. I was ok with Ahsoka when I saw the figure at celebration even though my first choice would be movie characters only...and Hasbro has advertised this line all along as mostly OT with some PT characters mixed in.
As someone who is all in on this line I think Legends characters would not be a positive addition to my collection.

Whole-heartedly agree.This being a fan's choice poll for the 6in line does not bode well for 3.75 SA collectors.

Personally I'd love to see an ANH Han Solo / Greedo exclusive 2-pack, but that's just me.

I haven't picked mine yet, but from the OT I'm considering Ben Kenobi, Bib Fortuna, Royal Guard, Gamorrean Guard. From the PT... General Grievous. From the cartoons... Pre Vizsla, Cad Bane, Sabine Wren, Ahsoka from Clone Wars.

Yeah I've never quite understood why I need to log in separately for the comments thing on the homepage. For the most part it seems like two different groups of people who comment there and the people who are on the forums here which is kind of interesting. But yeah, I've got enough passwords to remember as it is, I don't need to keep track of another one on the same site.

I figure if we get a Zuckuss they will have to give us a 4-Lom a few years later (not only because consumers will want it but because the head sculpt is similar...and the body is similar to 3pO so it wouldn't be extremely costly to produce). I'd really like all of the Jabba's palace bounty hunters but it's going to be a long time, if ever, before we get Dengar.

By the powers invested in me, I hereby declare this thread to be canon in regards to the official poll. Ok, Hasbro? Yeah we're legit up in here. Ignore us or fail.

1) Ben Kenobi - if you can make his robe collapse into a pile, you'd step into something impressive. Most impressive.
2) Bib Fortuna - he could serve his master well, by helping Jabba's sales.

Same here. Not holding my breath for a 3.75" anytime soon though. This annoucement is one more sign hasbro is moving away from 3.75 for collectors. Not sure i care anymore. I think i'll be happy with only a couple dozen SA figures a year in the future. Help save funds for my 12" collection and other high end collectibles.

I was wondering the same thing - it makes sense to use another service if a website doesn't have active forums - but we do - this should be fixed so forum users can vote here without creating another account.

The only reason why people are picking Revan is because he'll never be made in the first place. Mostly all movie characters can be made, but EU characters will not.

No, what he's saying is that without a Fan's Choice vote, most EU characters won't be selected to be made by Hasbro on their own. So he's encouraging fans to vote for EU/Legends so they win the poll and Hasbro makes it.
This isn't 3 3/4 that has been around since the 70s...please don't assume secondary characters are assuredly coming.
Understand that at only 10-15 new characters a year it will be another 20-30 years before we get all the OT/PT based characters that people want. (I'll be happy if the line lasts for 10 years). This line will never see 50+ characters a year like many 3 3/4 collectors are used to.
Figures from the new movies are going to be the priority very soon. There really are not enough figures that will be produced to be wasting OT/PT production slots on Legends figures like Revan imho.
