Hiya, Dont mean to be too critical, but ive always received perfect customer service from MR.

Recently however, ive sent several questions, including a problem I have with a damaged Boba Fett Helmet, and I seem to not get any response with the speed ive been used to in the past.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? And have you got any advice for me?

I've an issue on going since June with a replacement case for the Proto blaster I won at C4, I've had 3 sent, a smashed han esb?????? a smashed luke esb??????
& finally a brand new han ee case......perfect! Nope the acrylic lid doesn't fit any of the bases? My last email was about 2 weeks ago & quite harsh. They send the cases without the center foam to stop the base & case hitting each other in transit. Its cost them a fortune for nothing so far.
