@keknivek for $1.25, you could five, throw them in the garbage and only be out a Starbucks coffee!

You'd think I worked for Dollar Tree the way I'm peddling these figures. I just want the world to support these endeavors in hope of getting more bootleg type lines of cheap, but really decent figures.

It's time Hasbro/Disney wake up and have to fight for our dollars.

For $1.25, it is worth it to buy a figure just for the accessories, or even just the hands! I bought extra Riptides just for the hooks, and Steadfast for the helmet.

I’m excited for the hunt, and I don’t even really know what I’m hunting yet! How fun! 🤩

I think you will want at least 3 of everything [5 each for Kharn]; One for your collection and 2 to customize. Next, I would open the Dollar Tree website and search for Final Faction; Kharn; and ATV. Gab the images and familiarize yourself with them.
Next, I would go back through this thread and see what you want to make yourself. Make a list and then you will know how many you need. I only bought one F1-D0 since I couldn't see anything in the figure. Eventually I used at least 6!
Everything should eventually come back into stock, and each DT has different stock.

I think I will post a current checklist here.
I need to see the new articulated "arms" that just came out to find out what they can do. Haven't seen any of the new accessory sets near me. I haven't purchased a lot of figures from this line, but I really should, if for no other reason then customizing practice :p

Those new arms are dope! Buying a couple just for the weapons or claws makes them valuable. I can't wait to find some for myself.

Aquatic Kharn

Kharn Khompolation

Road Warrior
The photos don't show it very well, but I painted the bars to look like skinned flesh.

I'm still toying with it. Here are some accessories or variations.

New Kharn WIPs. I need to play around with them more but so far, they either are not very compatible, or don't add much to existing customs. This is what I have so far, although I am imagining how to turn Diabol's legs into a Star Wars Voxynn. The pink one looks vaguely scrotal-like and with the Synthoid blade arms instead of legs, it looks more aquatic. I'm thinking of turning the brute's horns into mandibles. One looks more pet-like, than war drone.

You win the prize for the most creative and cool uses of the Kharn Synthoid figure! I need to buy some more because you've given me some great ideas.

The burnt flesh and bone road warrior vehicle looks medival and is a neat addition.

I found the latest wave of FF figures, and picked up a crawler 2-pack, I can't believe the value for this set of little figures! Hasbro should be taking notes on a release like this. I only picked up one set, and didn't purchase anything else at the moment, just wanted to repaint these little guys and add them to my Dark Crystal diorama. It was too dark to properly photograph the diorama, but I snapped a quick photo with one of the figures to show scale. Really like this release, it's my favorite from the line. I repainted the head / shell black, brightened the eyes, dry brushed over the purple with some black, and then highlighted with brown / grey to try and capture that Garthim look from the movie.

Those look great! My mind also immediately went to The Dark Crystal when I saw them.

Dude, the mini trash effect in that scene/diorama is amazing! I love the bikes and am working on one myself because of you.

Heat up the legs of the figures before you paint, if you want them to sit.

Today was productive. I roughed out Castle Kharnskull's front and back, although I suspect I will never make it. Basically, I would cut the lower jaw of the Diablo mask and turn it into the doorway. The eyes would be windows, and there would be a clone tank, weapons room, teleporting ball thingie from the cartoon, and a throne room. There would also be vine growths and lots of weapons. I never had Greyskull [wrong scale] but would have loved it.

Here are some WIPs.

The first one has a choice of heads, and the blue one can face either way. I'll probably keep the blue head version. The middle one looks vaguely Graboid-like. I like using a torso as a head. I may use the Brute horns to also give it mandibles. The third one can also rotate the head either way, for 2 different variations.

Synthoid War beast. Again, a torso for a head. I can keep the real legs or us the Brute ones. I can see a Brute riding this into battle.
I'm going to look at it for awhile and decide if I want to butcher that dino.

These 2 are ready for a Buddy-buddy robot sitcom.

Alternative heads.

I really can't decide which one I like better; tall or short.

These welder droids are designated as 42 and 54. The yellow industrial welder droid is more powerful for extra heavy duty work. His data port has broken off, so he hasn't been updated in awhile.

When I was young, there was a cartoon "Love is..." and had 2 children having this conversation. The yellow droid reminded me of it.

My take on Castle Diabol using a mask as the facade.
One half is the castle and the other is the exterior of the spaceship.
In the interior, one half is the large ball teleport controls/cavern and the other has 2 cloning tanks [Brute/Drones], and armory and the top floor is for guarding the exterior. I'd use the Rumbler tail for fortification guns.
I'd also have the teleport floor with an iceberg with Polar Bears.

WIP beast of burden. Originally, I had intended to use a synthoid body for the head but I love the tail as a head better. I might reverse the back legs so there is no true front/back.

Utinniii, can't wait to see the final project on "khastle kharn".

The beast if burden is just plain sweet looking.

I have two female WIP FF head swaps, but work has been so busy. Hopefully I'll add them soon.

Another idea for use of the masks is to use them as a shell over the ATV to make a Kharn vehicle. You could cut the eyes out and make the empty spaces cockpit seats for the figures. I'm thinking the drone mask might work the best. I have yet to see these in the store, so I'm not sure it would work.

Good idea, but I suspect they will be to big. Need a Maximum Overdrive truck.
I've moved past my Khastle Kharn as one playset. I now see 4-5. Each mask back will have it's own environment. Diablo HQ; Drone tanks; Brute weapons depot; teleporter; and the Queen's throne room if they ever release her and her mask.

Instuctions, insmuctions... Playing with Rumbler parts. Tomorrow I will get some red tissue paper to crumple up and fill the body. When I finally get some crawlers I will see if I can make a Rumbler/Synthoid "Garthim class" Kharn. I also bought a Kindertoy and got "Eagly" for a Peacemaker custom.

Any guesses what this will be for?

Utinniii you made the rumbler way cooler than it was designed to be! It reminds me of the beast in TFA on the ship with chewie and Han Solo.

I agree! I forget that beast’s name, but it does look like a cool alternate version of it!

That’s sci-fi at its best! I don’t know what I’m looking at, but I can tell it’s chilling. Nice vibe!

Speak of the abomination and it will come!

Rathler: I'm playing with this still. Top fin or no fin? The tail makes it too busy. I'm also thinking of eyestalks instead of the current eye. Any thoughts?
The tentacles work well with the synthoid.

Swamp raker and Synthoid stasis pod. I may play with the small wheel attachment to give the Raker some fins.

Strafer: When Rumbling isn't an option. I also cut up a large wheel for a buzz saw attachment. I may give it a longer arm.

Larger War Beast. This one feels more aquatic.

I put the smaller Rumbler wheel here to show that 2 of them mostly fit together. I'm sure someone wants to make a Kharn cycle.

Jumping Laser Tank.

We can't order cases in Canada but one store ordered a case just for me so I don't feel bad having so many Rumbler Weapons packs. I wanted to buy enough so they wouldn't have too much overstock.

I went to Dollar Tree today for the first time since this thing started, and I bought these three items! I love the weapons packs more than anything, just the supplementation. I also love this weird female specialist figure; she’s going in my cantina!

Good to see you finally took the plunge Tulgah! You are absolutely correct in that these dollar figures have value and fit to the star wars 3.75" lines.

Utinniii, so many awesome variants! You're creativity is inspiring. I didn't think there was much I could do with the Rumbler; now you've opened the flood gates of potential.

I didn't get much either my first purchase (except for the Kharn) The only humans I bought were Shift and and Steadfast [for the helemt]. When I got home and saw how well they were actually made, I went out and got the rest. They aren't obviously Star Wars fodder, except perhaps the hands and helmets.
However, after a bit of thought, they all can work. Shift can use up a lot of excess heads or Rey robes. Ruck makes a heavy Mando [or buying just for the X box]. The Diabol or Drone heads can use up all those extra Landos from the Miner 2-pack...

I think you will want to get the other series 1 Alpha Weapons pack. Trust me, you will find a use for some of it.

Can I ask why you didn't get any Kharn?

I have continuously underestimated this line. You might be surprised by my initial thoughts on some of the figures. Synthoids are boring; Ruck is very limited; ARCM is much too Gundam; F1D0 is useless in a SW setting; what can I possibly do with more than 3 Rumblers [but not the accessories!]...

I honestly have you to thank for opening up the possibilities of F1D0. I didn't see more than making a NeK battle dog out of them but when you put the torso upright, suddenly I had lots to do.

I thought F1DO was fun. I was initially drawn to the weapons packs, especially the one with the drone and flying surfboard! I haven't got many of the figs, but even at dollar store prices, I don't have the funds (or the workspace) for any more custom fodder that I don't have an already planned project for. I am very impressed at the quality of this line though! And extremely impressed at the customs featured in this thread! I didn't care for the Kharn figures as I, like the Empire, am very human-centric!
