Hi there

Around a year before my book was published, I posted a limelight of my trilogo carded set with "only" one of each carded figure ( see here ).

Those who know me a little also knows that I have a particular attention for 'early' trilogos sold on the french market that differs from the common mass-production trilogo cards.

And so, during all these years, I have been (and still am) catching trilogo cards/bubbles variants which brings sometimes many cards of a same action figure;

As I promised on these boards many months ago, and upon general request, here are pics of my whole set including variants;

Hi Mark, Walrusman is part of the very few cards that were not produced on Trilogos, even not a 70A card (palitoy front - trilogo back).

The Walrusman you see here is just a regular Palitoy 45-back card with Palitoy back as well, I just added this card to my collection because it has the palitoy front + large trilogo bubble (like the other 70A cards).

In fact, I don't think that is so much combinations, because there are some "patterns" that can be identified depending on the cards, which helps reducing the list.

For example, Leia boushh can be found with a special bubble or the large etched one, but I've never seen a medium or double-stem bubble and I don't think that exists.

Also, it looks like double-stem bubbles are mainly found among ESB releases and ROTJ 1st-wave (Ben being the only example I've seen among the SW releases);
POTF releases are only found with the large etched or large rounded bubble, with the exception of the special shapes, R2 saber and Anakin.

Of course there are still a lot out there that I know to exist but still looking after, and I also come across variants that I never thought to exist (ie. 21B with medium bubble).

The 'good thing' for me is that my set is complete and it's impossible to know exactly how many variants are still missing, so I'm not hunting for them, just grabbing them on occasions when I see them coming

My Trilogo cards/bubble matrix is a good way to start, it is also hosted on rebelscum ( HERE ).

That kind of packaging mistake is typical of the late French releases as well.

As you say there is alot out there. I know that most characters have at least 3 versions of the bubble, Then you have at least 3 different punch, 6 different printed cards (Pal/Tri Hybrid B and C and 2 different PBP/Tri Hybrids though few characters exist on these cards and the POTF cards).
But as you say there are some patterns to be found.
There are then a number of sticker versions.
Iam putting together a list of these cards and there are alot of them but it depends on how far you like to go!
I have Boushh with 3 different blisters and i think there is at least 1 more Boushh blister to find. Iam looking at atleast 7 different Boushh Tri Cards (Blister/Card/Sticker/Punch) to find and i have 4 of them now.

Best luck on the hunt and picking them up while you find them is the best way to stay sane
