Same here, it's a fun character and a good looking figure.Out of everything put up today, this is all that I PO'd.
Would be nice. I'm not that big a fan of the price either- but did it anyway since I love the character and design... Kinda like how I paid out the nose for my Rex and Echo. (But those were scalpers and not Hasbro...)I’m hoping that Cobb comes to TVC sometime in the next few years. I just can’t justify the Deluxe price tag for this guy.

That’s exactly what it is. And it’s a load of crap. Cobb isn’t even all new. The jetpack and armor are reuse from Boba.It almost seems to me that everytime a figure is called "deluxe" it is a new molding, does not use any old parts, plus more deco etc.
+ 9 trillion paint apps. That’s exactly what it is. And it’s a load of crap. Cobb isn’t even all new. The jetpack and armor are reuse from Boba.
Gree is a great example of more paint apps not looking better. The weathering they tried to do on that figure is awful. Camo looks good though.Back in 2017, it was stated at Celebration that the normal number of paint apps on a figure is around 90. For comparison, Commander Gree had about 300, & the upcoming Rancor has 900. They didn't say specifically the number Vanth has, though it is substantial. At Pulsecon they stated he has more than Boba Fett, which was rumored to have around 200, if memory serves.
This is totally off topic, but I always thought that if they ever decided to remake and of Clint Eastwood's Westerns Timothy would be a solid casting choice!I bet that head would look awesome on an imperial officer body.
The hair and beard color bugs me, too, but overall, it's a decent figure. It looks pretty good as expected. The hair/beard color is not right at all though.
Yeah it’s not the end of the world. It just needs a brown wash and maybe some dry brushingThe hair and beard color bugs me, too, but overall, it's a decent figure.
