According to the rumour list jedinews.co.uk have posted we'll be seeing an AOTC Clone Trooper in the 6" Black series.

Who's looking forward to this one?

I generally do not care for the prequels so I will pass on this one. In fact all of rumored wave 4, as I'll wait until wave 5 for Chewy. Hopefully there are enough people out there though who want clones and buy them up and keep the line going strong!

The phase I clone is my favorite and I will definitely buy a few of each variation.

Phase I helmets are my favourite! If it has the same cuts and sharpness as the vc45 sculpt, I will be getting a couple of these to pose or stand neutral. But to be honest, I would rather see an ARC trooper or some named clone. I would not want to "collect 'em all" all over again in this scale.

I don't necessarily need every color, but yes, retools like ARCs and ll of the ROTS specialists make for endless possibilities.

I certainly would get each type, just don't need battalion specific repaints...

I'd take a pair of nice white Phase I and Phase II clones for my collection. Not a priority, but not a pass.

I'm "collecting them all" for BS6", though I prefer OT figures. But I definitely don't mind clone troopers (I and II), and think they'll look great in this scale and articulation. I think they'll also probably sell pretty well, as folks will want to build squads if not armies. :)

Really looking forward to this, I've been looking forward to Clones since the 6 inch range started! A 6" Battle Droid could be a stunning figure as well. :)

I don't mind Clone Trooper re-paints as long as Hasbro doesn't get carried away with them - especially for the RotS clones, since the color patterns were more varied and prominently featured on screen. My only concern as that they don't let the Clones takeover the line. If they keep it to one Clone Trooper for every 5 waves, that would be fine. In general, I don't really want to see more than 1 army builder per assortment, and if 20% of those come from the PT, that's okay with me.

Yeah with the amount of named clones and generic ones I think every year and a quarter is a little silly to expect one. I think one every 2 waves would be a better ratio.

More people army build white AOTC clones than they do ROTS clones... NORMAL people anyway! (j/k UB)

There's no mass battalions of plain white Phase 2 boys like there are Phase 1s in AOTC.

We al know this, but judging from waves of TVC and Legacy SL a few years ago, Hasbro thinks we army build the CRAP out of white Phase 2s.

IMO one trooper per wave is fine, it just has to either be a Stormie, Phase 1 or a Phase 2 specialist or commander.

Hasbro is overly fond of the plain white Phase 2 Clone - which I'm sure is probably in RotS somewhere, but I couldn't say where. The Red, Blue and Orange varieties would all make better BS6 figures. They could even do the one with the gray accents - but I'll bet the plain white one comes first (assuming they get there at all).

When it comes to the Phase 2 troopers the Shocktrooper is my favorite but I'd rather see the 501st deco to start off with, to go with Anakin.

I will buy no less than one of every clone they put out in this series, and more than likely multiples of the non-uniques.

See, I don't want Hasbro to release 501st and Shock Troopers all over the line like the 3.75". That being said, I don't collect Sideshow but they would looks sweet next to Ani, Obi, and eventually their respective Commander/Captain.

Lol I totally want both Shock and 501st. 501st more. :)

But I kinda want a seperate multipack with those 2 and a 212. Outside the main assortment. Multiple army builders in one pack. And even some good trading if you don't wanna army build certain ones.

I want them all.:awesome: I'm up for any clones actually seen in the films. Not a fan of the Hasbro created repaints that we've seen over the years in the 4" line. That's obviously not gonna happen in this line though. I doubt we'll even see all the movie versions.

Can you imagine how cool an airborne trooper Or an arc trooper would be in this scale. Please no removable helmets on the clones except maybe the commanders. Lots of clone gear would be ideal.

If we're getting a clone trooper anyway, Hasbro would be amiss to not take advantage of the mold, and release a few of the more popular variants. At $20 a pop, I don't think we need one-hundred and one repaints, but it would be cool to see a few of them.

I'll buy this one but I don't know that I'd buy all four rank colors. If I had to choose, I'd buy the basic white and the red (Captain).

Just make 'em plain white. Phase 1 and phase 2. If we're gonna have fancy colours then save it for Cody, and THE main man, Rex. After that's done THEN let 'em go wild with all the pretty rainbow colours.

I don't think there were any plain white Phase 2 Clones in ROTS. The only ones I remember where camo, 501st, Utapau Yellow, Shock Red, and the purple snowclones.

Pretty sure the only time you see them is on the gunship with Mace, Obi-Wan and Yoda-

Dude they ARE interesting, but this was supposed to be an adult-oriented line focusing on OT stuff. I sure would buy those guys, but let's not encourage clone-craziness when so many OT chars would get left behind.

I'd rather have a 6" cantina diorama than a bunch of CW clones.
